[Indications/Functions] 1. This product is the drug of choice for the following diseases :(1) rickettsial diseases, including epidemic typhus, endemic typhus, Rocky Mountain fever, scrub typhus and Q fever. (2) Mycoplasma infection. (3) Chlamydia infection, including parrot fever, venereal disease, lymphoid dentition, nonspecific urethritis, salpingitis, cervicitis and trachoma. (4) relapsing fever. (5) brucellosis. (6) cholera. (7) Rabbit fever. (8) the plague. (9) Chancroid. The treatment of brucellosis and plague should be combined with aminoglycosides. 2. Due to the serious resistance of common pathogenic bacteria to this product, it can be used as the drug of choice only when the pathogenic bacteria are sensitive to this product.

[Adverse Reactions] 1. Digestive system: Gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, upper abdominal discomfort, abdominal distension, diarrhea, and occasionally pancreatitis, esophagitis, and esophageal ulcers have been reported, most often in patients who are bedrided immediately after taking the drug. 2. Hepatotoxicity: usually fatty liver degeneration. Hepatotoxicity can occur in pregnant women or in patients with pre-existing renal impairment. Hepatotoxicity can also occur in patients who do not have these conditions. 3. Allergic reactions: maculopapule and erythema were common, urticaria, angioneurotic edema, purpura, pericarditis and systemic lupus erythematosus were also observed. Epidermal dermatitis was not common. Occasionally anaphylactic shock and asthma occur. Some patients with tetracycline have photosensitivity in the sun. Therefore, patients should be advised not to be directly exposed to sunlight or UV rays and to discontinue medication once they have erythema on the skin. 4. Hematologic system: Occasionally cause hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia and eosinopenia. 5. Central nervous system: can occasionally cause benign intracranial pressure increase, can be manifested as headache, vomiting, optic nerve papillary edema, etc. 6. Nephrotoxicity: Patients with already significant renal impairment may experience exacerbation of azotemia, hyperphosphatemia, and acidosis. 7. Double infection: long-term application of this product can cause digestive tract, respiratory tract and urinary tract infections such as drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, Gram-negative bacilli and fungi, and septicaemia in severe cases. 8. This product can be deposited in teeth and bones, causing teeth to produce different degrees of discoloration yellow dye, dental enamel dysplasia and dental caries, and can cause bone dysplasia. 9. The application of this product can reduce the normal flora in human body, resulting in vitamin B deficiency, fungal reproduction, dry mouth, sore throat, stomatitis and glossitis.



It is contraindicated for people with a history of allergy to tetracycline drugs.



[Precautions] 1. Cross allergic reaction: a person who is allergic to a tetracycline may be allergic to this product. 2. DiagnosisInterference: (1) Interference with the fluorescence of urinary catecholamine (Hingerty method) results may be high due to interference with the product. (2) This product can increase the measured values of alkaline phosphatase, blood urea nitrogen, serum amylase, serum bilirubin, serum aminotransferase (AST, ALT). 3. Drugs containing calcium, magnesium, iron and other metal ions can form an insoluble complex with this product, so that the absorption of this product is reduced. 3.
