Ingredient piperidate acid.

Indications This product is suitable for sensitive bacteria Gram-negative bacilli caused by urinary tract infection, bacterial intestinal tract infection.

Adverse Reactions 1. The toxicity of this product is low, and the main adverse reactions are gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea, belching, upper abdominal discomfort, loss of appetite, loose stool or constipation, and skin rash or systemic pruritus are rare.

2. Occasionally, vertigo, headache and transient elevation of serum aminotransferase were observed. All the above adverse reactions were slight and could recover spontaneously after drug withdrawal.

It is contraindicated in patients allergic to this product and naphthalenic acid.

Precautions 1. This product can be taken with diet to reduce gastrointestinal reactions.

2. For long-term application, regular monitoring of blood routine and liver and kidney function is advisable.

3. People with central nervous system diseases, such as epilepsy or a history of epilepsy, should avoid the application. When there are indications for application, it should be used with caution under close observation.

2. This product can reduce the elimination of caffeine from the liver, so that the latter half life (t1/2) extended, to avoid combination, or monitoring the concentration of caffeine blood drug.

3. This product can significantly reduce the clearance of theophylline, resulting in the increase of the blood drug concentration of the latter, which is easy to cause toxic reactions. The two should not be used together, if necessary, the concentration of theophylline should be monitored and the dosage should be adjusted.

4. It often has synergistic effect with gentamicin, carboxyl benzicillin, penicillin, etc.

2. It has antibacterial effect on Gram-negative bacilli, such as Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter aerogenes, Proteus singular, Serratia, Salmonella typhimurium, Shigella, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, etc.

Pharmacokinetics 1. This product can be partially absorbed after oral administration, 0.5g and 1g for a single oral administration. The peak plasma concentration is 3.8mg/L and 5.4mg/L, respectively, 1 ~ 2 hours after administration. After absorption, it is widely distributed in tissues and body fluids other than cerebrospinal fluid.

2. This product is mainly excreted by the kidney in its original form, 58% ~ 68% of the dose is excreted in urine 24 hours after administration, about 20% is excreted in feces, and a small amount of drug is metabolized in the body.
