Indication:

Usage and dosage:Oral administration.Two at a time.Take three times on the first day and two times a day later.1-5 days is a course of treatment, you need to follow the doctor's advice to continue taking.

Adverse reactions
1. Allergic reactions are common, which can be manifested as drug eruptions. In severe cases, exudative erythema pleomorphica, exfoliative dermatitis and atrophic dermatitis bullosa may occur.There are also serum disease-like reactions such as photosensitivity, drug fever, joint and muscle pain and fever.Sensitive shock has been seen occasionally.
2. Neutropenia or deficiency, thrombocytopenia and aplastic anemia.The patient may present with sore throat, fever, pallor and bleeding tendency.
3. Hemolytic anemia and hemoglobinuria.This predisposes to sulfonamides in patients with glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency and is more common in neonates and children than in adults.
4. Hyperbilirubinemia and neonatal kernicterus.Free bilirubin is elevated due to its binding site to bilirubin competing protein.Neonatal liver function is not perfect, so it is easy to develop hyperbilirubinemia and neonatal jaundice, occasionally kernicterus.
5. Liver damage.Jaundice and hypohepatic function may occur, and acute liver necrosis may occur in severe cases.
6. Kidney damage.Crystaluria, hematuria and tubular urine may occur.Severe adverse reactions of interstitial nephritis or tubular necrosis occur occasionally.
7. Nausea, vomiting, hypogastric appetite, diarrhea, headache, fatigue, etc. General symptoms are mild.Clostridium difficile enteritis occurs in occasional patients and should be discontinued at this time.
8. Goiter and hypofunction occur occasionally.
9. Toxic reactions of the central nervous system may occur occasionally, manifested as confusion, disorientation, hallucinations, euphoria or depression.
10. Dry mouth, blurred vision, increased heart rate, flushing skin, vertigo, etc.Severe patients may have dilated pupils, excitement, irritation.

Taboo:
1. Disable allergies to SMZ and TMP.
2. Disabled in patients with megaloblastic anemia.
3. It is forbidden for pregnant and lactating women.
4. Disabled for newborns and infants less than 2 months.
5. It is forbidden in patients with severe liver and kidney impairment.
6. Disable glaucoma and high intraocular pressure.

3. Kidney damage.Crystaluria, hematuria and tubular urine may occur. Therefore, during the use of this product, you should drink more water and keep a high flow of urine. If you use this product for a long period of time and in a large dose, in addition to drinking more water, you should also take sodium bicarbonate to prevent this adverse reaction.Use of this product is prone to kidney damage in dehydration, shock and elderly patients. Use of this product with caution or avoid.This product should not be used in patients with hyporenal function.
4. Patients who are allergic to furosemide, sulfone, thiazide diuretics, sulfonylureas and carbonic anhydrase inhibitors may also be allergic to sulfonamides.

Medication for pregnant and lactating women:
The product can cross the blood-placental barrier to the fetus and has been found teratogenic in animal experiments.This product can be secreted from breast milk, milk concentration can reach 50%-100% of maternal blood drug concentration, drugs may have an impact on infants.The use of this wine-6-phosphate dehydrogenase in neonates may lead to hemolytic anemia.Therefore, it is not suitable for lactating women to use this product.
