Indications This product is mainly used for acute wisdom tooth pericoronitis, local alveolar abscess, pulpitis, periapical periodontitis, etc.

Adverse Reactions 1. The most serious adverse reactions of this product are epileptic seizures and peripheral neuropathy at high doses, the latter mainly manifested as extremities numbness and paresthesia. Persistent peripheral neuropathy may occur in some cases with prolonged use.

2. Other common adverse reactions include:

(1) Gastrointestinal reactions, such as nausea, loss of appetite, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, taste change, dry mouth, metallic oral taste, etc.

(2) Reversible granulocytopenia.

(3) Allergic reactions, rashes, urticaria, pruritus, etc.

(4) Central nervous system symptoms, such as headache, vertigo, syncope, paresthesia, numbness, ataxia and psychosis.

(5) Other symptoms include fever, vaginal candida infection, cystitis, dysuria, black urine color, etc., all of which are reversible and recover spontaneously after drug withdrawal.
