1. This product is used in combination with other antituberculous drugs for the primary and recurrent treatment of various kinds of tuberculosis, including the treatment of tuberculous meningitis. 2. This product is used in combination with other drugs for the treatment of leprosy and non-tuberculous mycobacterium infection. 3. This product can be used in combination with vancomycin (intravenous) for severe infections caused by methicillin-resistant staphylococcus. A combination of rifampicin and erythromycin was used for severe legionella infections. 4. [Usage and dosage] Oral administration. 1. Anti-tuberculosis treatment: adults, oral, 0.45g ~ 0.60g(3 ~ 4 tablets) a day, fasting, not more than 1.2g a day; Children over 1 month should take 10-20mg/kg of body weight daily on an empty stomach, and the daily amount should not exceed 0.6g.2. Neisseria meningitidis belt: adult 5mg/kg, once every 12 hours for 2 consecutive days; Children over 1 month old 10mg/kg daily, once every 12 hours, even 4 times. 3. For elderly patients, take orally by 10mg/kg daily on an empty stomach.
