Indication:
It can relieve the symptoms related to allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose, stuffy nose, itchy eyes and burning sensation. After oral administration, the symptoms and signs of nose and eyes were relieved rapidly. It can also relieve the symptoms and signs of chronic urticaria, pruritus and other allergic skin diseases.

Usage and dosage: Oral administration.
Adults and children over 12 years old: 1 tablet (10 mg) once a day.
Children aged 2-12 years old:
Weight > 30 kg: 1 tablet (10 mg) once a day.
Weight ≤ 30 kg: once a day, half a tablet (5 mg).

Adverse reactions

At the recommended dose of 10mg per day, this product has no obvious sedative effect.
Common adverse reactions include fatigue, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth, gastrointestinal discomfort, including nausea, gastritis and rash. Rare adverse reactions included alopecia, allergic reaction, abnormal liver function, tachycardia and palpitation.
In the clinical trials involving about 90000 patients, the following adverse reactions also occurred, with an incidence of less than 2%:
Autonomic nervous system: tears, salivation, flushing, insensitive, impotence, hyperhidrosis;
General conditions: angioneurotic edema, weakness, back pain, blurred vision, chest pain, earache, eye pain, leg cramps, depression, chills, tinnitus, virus infection, weight gain;
Cardiovascular system: hypertension, hypotension, supraventricular tachyarrhythmia, syncope;
Central and peripheral nervous system: eye and face spasm, vertigo, paresthesia, tremor;
Gastrointestinal system: dyspepsia, bloating, taste change, loss of appetite, constipation, diarrhea, hiccup, increase of appetite, toothache, vomiting;
Musculoskeletal system: arthritis, myalgia;
Mental nervous system: excitement, forgetfulness, anxiety, mental disorder, decreased sexual desire, depression, inattention, insomnia, irritability;
Reproductive system: breast pain, dysmenorrhea, menorrhagia, vaginitis;
Respiratory system: bronchitis, bronchospasm, cough, dyspnea, epistaxis, hemoptysis, laryngitis, dry nose, pharyngitis, sinusitis, sneezing;
Skin and appendages: true dermatitis, dry hair, dry skin, photosensitive reaction, pruritus, purpura, rubella;
* urinary system: frequency of urine, appearance of urine, urinary incontinence, urinary retention;
In addition, taking this product can also occasionally cause hyperplasia of mammary glands, erythema multiforme, peripheral edema and epilepsy.

9. Because the plasma concentration of elderly patients is higher than that of healthy people, the elderly patients should pay close attention to the occurrence of adverse reactions when they use this product for a long time.
10. Excessive use of this product (40-180 mg) can cause drowsiness, arrhythmia and headache in adults. Once the above symptoms occur, give symptomatic and supportive treatment immediately. Treatment includes vomiting followed by activated carbon adsorption of unabsorbed drugs. If the emesis is not successful, gastric lavage with normal saline and catharsis are used to dilute the drug concentration in the intestine. Loratadine can not be removed by hemodialysis, and whether peritoneal dialysis can remove loratadine has not been determined.

Medication for pregnant and lactating women:
1. Taking ketoconazole, macrolide antibiotics, cimetidine, theophylline and other drugs at the same time can increase the concentration of loratadine in plasma, so it should be used with caution. Other drugs known to inhibit liver metabolism should be used cautiously before they interact with loratadine.
