Indication:
This product is suitable for the following mild and moderate infections caused by sensitive bacteria:
1. Respiratory system infection: acute sinusitis, acute attack of chronic bronchitis, community acquired pneumonia;
2. Urinary tract infection: acute pyelonephritis, complicated urinary tract infection, etc;
3. Infection of reproductive system: prostatitis, epididymitis, intrauterine infection, adnexitis of uterus, pelvic inflammation (metronidazole can be used when anaerobic bacteria infection is suspected);
4. Skin and soft tissue infection: infectious pustulosis, cellulitis, lymphangitis, subcutaneous abscess, perianal abscess, etc;
5. Intestinal infection: bacillary dysentery, infectious enteritis, Salmonella enteritis, typhoid and paratyphoid, etc;
6. Other infection: wound infection after trauma, burn and operation, abdominal infection (combined with metronidazole if necessary), mastitis, cholecystitis, cholangitis, bone and joint infection, and infection in Department of facial features.

Usage and dosage:Oral, 0.5g (1 tablet) for adults, once a day

Adverse reactions
Adverse reactions may occur during the administration:
1. digestive system: sometimes nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, lack of appetite, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, etc;
2. allergies: occasionally swelling, urticaria, fever, light allergy, and sometimes rash, itching, erythema and other symptoms;
3. nervous system: occasionally, there are tremor, numbness, visual abnormality, tinnitus, hallucination and sleepiness, sometimes insomnia, dizziness, headache and other symptoms;
4. kidney: the increase of urea nitrogen in blood was observed occasionally;
5. liver: it may have a primary liver function abnormality, such as the increase of serum aminotransferase and the increase of serum total bilirubin;
6. blood: anemia, leucopenia, thrombocytopenia and eosinophil increase may occur sometimes;
The incidence of the above adverse reactions was between 0.1% and 5%. Occasionally see fatigue, fever, palpitation, taste abnormal, etc. Generally, they can tolerate, and disappear rapidly after the treatment. It is rare to have whole blood cell reduction, toxic epidermal necrosis and lysis, polymorphous erythema and fulminant hepatitis. If abnormal, observe carefully, stop using drugs and dispose appropriately if necessary.

Taboo:
It is forbidden for those allergic to quinolones, pregnant and lactating women, and patients under 18 years old

Matters needing attention:
1. the renal function is not complete should be reduced or extended during administration, and the severe renal dysfunction should be used carefully. The recommended dose adjustment scheme is as follows: (according to foreign data)
2. patients with central nervous system diseases and epilepsy history should be used with caution.
3. quinolones can cause rare phototoxicity (incidence < 0.1%). In the treatment of this product, excessive sunlight exposure and artificial ultraviolet rays should be avoided. If there is photosensitive reaction or skin damage, the product should be stopped.
4. in case of allergy, stop the drug immediately and take the following drugs or methods according to the clinical conditions: adrenaline and other rescue measures, including oxygen inhalation, intravenous infusion, antihistamine, corticosteroids, etc.
5. quinolones can cause rare shock, allergic reaction, toxic epidermal necrosis, acute renal dysfunction, jaundice, granulocyte deficiency, leucopenia, hemolytic anemia, interstitial pneumonia, pseudomembranous colitis and other severe colitis accompanied by bloody stool.
6. in addition, the reports of rhabdomyolysis, hypoglycemia, heel spring inflammation or rupture of heel spring, mental disorder and allergic vasculitis should be reported after the drug is used occasionally. Therefore, if the above symptoms occur, the drug should be stopped immediately and properly disposed until the symptoms disappear.
7. levofloxacin cannot be effectively excluded through hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis.

Medication for pregnant and lactating women:
Animal experiments have not confirmed the teratogenic effect of quinolones, but there is no clear conclusion on the study of pregnant women. In view of the fact that this drug can cause joint lesions in juvenile animals, it is forbidden for pregnant women, and breast-feeding should be suspended for lactating women.
