[Indications] For various infections caused by sensitive bacteria, such as abscess, bacteremia, pneumonia and endocarditis.

Penicillin is administered by intramuscular injection or intravenous infusion.

1 Adult: Intramuscular injection, 800,000 ~ 2 million units per day, divided into 3 ~ 4 times; Intravenous infusion: 2 million to 20 million units a day, divided into 2 to 4 times.

2 children: intramuscular injection, according to the body weight of 25,000 units /kg, once every 12 hours; Intravenous infusion: 50,000-200,000 /kg per day, divided into 2 to 4 times.

Newborns (full-term) : Intramuscular injection or intravenous infusion according to body weight of 50,000 units /kg each time; Once every 12 hours during the first week of life, once every 8 hours for those over a week old, and once every 6 hours for severe infections. 4. Premature infants: according to the weight of 30,000 units /kg, once every 12 hours in the first week of birth, once every 8 hours for 2-4 weeks; Once every 6 hours thereafter. 5. Patients with renal dysfunction: Patients with mild and moderate renal impairment need not reduce the dose of routine dose; patients with severe renal impairment should prolong the interval of administration or adjust the dose. This product also has certain antibacterial activity against Haemophilus influenzae and Borutella pertussis, other Gram-negative aerobic or facultative anaerobic bacteria have poor sensitivity to this product. The product has good antibacterial effect on Clostridium, anaerobic bacteria of Streptococcus digestii and Bacteroidoides producing melanin, but poor antibacterial effect on Bacteroidoides fragility. Penicillin plays a bactericidal role by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis.
