Properties This product is a capsule, the contents are white to light yellow powder.

[Indications] Suitable for sensitive bacteria caused by urinary tract infection, gonorrhea, prostatitis, intestinal infection and typhoid fever and other salmonella infection.

[Usage and dosage] Oral administration. 1. Acute simple lower urinary tract infection caused by Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae and proteus mutans: 400mg(4 tablets) once, twice a day, course of treatment for 3 days. 2. Simple urinary tract infection caused by other pathogenic bacteria: dosage is the same as above, the course of treatment is 7-10 days. 3. Complicated urinary tract infection: the dosage was the same as above, and the course of treatment was 10-21 days. 4 simple gonococcal urethritis: a single time 800-1200mg(8-12). 5. Acute and chronic prostatitis: 400mg(4 tablets) once, twice a day, the course of treatment for 28 days. 6. Intestinal infection: 300-400mg(3-4 tablets) once, twice a day, the course of treatment 5-7 days. 7. Salmonella typhi infection: 800-1200mg(8-12 tablets) a day, divided into 2-3 times, a course of 14-21 days.

[Adverse reactions] 1. Gastrointestinal reactions are common and may be manifested as abdominal discomfort or pain, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting. 2. Central nervous system responses may include dizziness, headache, lethargy, or insomnia. 3. Allergic reaction rash, skin pruritus, occasionally exudative erythema multisex and angioneurotic edema. A small number of patients are photosensitive. 4. Occasional occurrence: (1) seizures, mental abnormalities, restlessness, disturbance of consciousness, hallucinations, tremors. (2) hematuria, fever, rash and other manifestations of interstitial nephritis. 3) phlebitis. (4) crystalline urine, most commonly seen at high doses. (5) Joint pain. 5. A small number of patients may have increased serum aminotransferase, increased blood urea nitrogen and decreased peripheral blood white blood cells, which are mostly mild and transient.

[Contraindications] It is contraindicated for patients allergic to this product and fluoroquinolones.

1. This product should be taken on an empty stomach and drink 250ml of water at the same time. 2. Due to the prevalence of norfloxacin resistance in escherichia coli, urine specimens should be collected for culture before administration, and medication should be adjusted according to the results of bacterial drug sensitivity. 3. Crystalline urine may occur when the product is applied in large doses or when the urine pH value is above 7. In order to avoid the occurrence of crystalline urine, it is advisable to drink more water and keep the urine output above 1200ml for 24 hours. 4. For patients with hyporenal function, the dosage should be adjusted according to renal function. 5. Moderate or severe photosensitization may occur when fluoroquinolones are used. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight when using this product. Stop taking the drug if photosensitive reaction occurs. 6. Patients with deficiency of glucose6-phosphate dehydrogenase may have hemolysis reaction when taking this product. 7. Quinolones include this product can cause myasthenia gravis symptoms aggravation, respiratory muscle weakness and life-threatening, myasthenia gravis patients using quinolones including this product should be particularly cautious. 8. When liver function is decreased, such as severe (cirrhosis of the liver), drug clearance can be reduced, the blood drug concentration is increased, especially in patients with liver and renal function decrease, and the advantages and disadvantages should be weighed before application, and the dose should be adjusted. 9. Patients with pre-existing central nervous system diseases, such as epilepsy and a history of epilepsy, should avoid using it. When there are indications, the advantages and disadvantages should be carefully weighed before using it.

[Medication for special population] Precautions for children:

The safety of this product in infants and children under 18 years of age has not been established. However, when used in a number of young animals, this product can cause joint lesions. This product should not be used in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.



Precautions during pregnancy and lactation:

In a breeding study with monkeys, the dose was up to 10 times the human dose, and it was found that the product could cause abortion. The peak plasma concentration (Cmax) of this dose in monkeys was about twice that in humans. Teratogenic effects have not been demonstrated in animals. However, appropriate, well-controlled studies have not been conducted in pregnant women and therefore this product should not be used in pregnant women. There is no data on whether this product is secreted by milk. The drug could not be detected in milk when 200mg of this product was applied to the breast. However, due to the low study dose, milk secretion of other varieties of this drug class, and the potential for serious adverse reactions to neonates and infants, breastfeeding women should avoid using this product or stop breastfeeding during use.

[drug interactions] 1. Urine alkalifiers can reduce the solubility of this product in urine, leading to crystalline urine and renal toxicity. 2. The combination of this product with theophylline may result in significantly reduced hepatic removal of theophylline, prolonged blood elimination half-life (T1/2 β), increased blood concentration, and theophylline poisoning symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, tremor, restlessness, agitation, convulsion, palpitations, etc., due to competitive inhibition of the binding site of cytochrome P450. Therefore, the plasma concentration and dose of theophylline should be determined when used together. 3. The combination of cyclosporine and this product can increase the blood concentration of cyclosporine. It is necessary to monitor the blood concentration of cyclosporine and adjust the dose. 4. This product can enhance the anticoagulant effect of warfarin when used together with the anticoagulant, and the prothrombin time of patients should be closely monitored. 5. Benemedicine can reduce the secretion of this product from the renal tubule by about 50%, and can produce toxicity due to the increased blood concentration of this product when used in combination. 6. This product antagonizes furantoin and is not recommended to be used in combination. 7. Multivitamins, or other preparations containing iron, zinc ions and acid containing aluminum or magnesium may reduce the absorption of this product. It is recommended to avoid combined use. If this cannot be avoided, take this product 2 hours before or 6 hours after taking. 8. Didanosine (DDI) can reduce the oral absorption of this product, because its preparation contains aluminum and magnesium, and can be chelated with fluoroquinolones, so it is not suitable for use. 9. This product interferes with caffeine metabolism, resulting in reduced caffeine clearance, prolonged blood elimination half-life (T1/2 β), and possible central nervous system toxicity.
