Indication:
1. As one of the selected drugs, this product can be used for the following diseases.
(1) Rickettsia diseases, such as epidemic typhus, endemic typhus, Rocky Mountain fever, tsutsugamushi disease and Q fever.
(2) Mycoplasma infection.
(3) Chlamydia infections include psittacosis, sexually transmitted diseases, lymphogranuloma, nonspecific urethritis, salpingitis, cervicitis and trachoma.
(4) Return to heat.
(5) Brucellosis.
(6) Cholera.
(7) Rabbit fever.
(8) plague.
(9) Chancre.
It is necessary to combine aminoglycosides in the treatment of brucellosis and plague.
2. Due to the serious drug resistance of common pathogens to tetracyclines, the application indication is only when the pathogens are sensitive to this product. Staphylococcus is mostly resistant to this product.
3. This product can be used for tetanus, gas gangrene, Yasi, syphilis, gonorrhea, leptospirosis, actinomycetes and Listeria infection in patients allergic to penicillin.
4. It can be used as adjuvant treatment for patients with moderate and severe acne.

Usage and dosage:Antibacterial and anti parasitic infection: adults, 100mg on the first day, once every 12 hours, followed by 100 ~ 200mg, once a day, or 50 ~ 100mg, once every 12 hours. Neisseria gonorrhoeae urethritis and cervicitis: 100mg once every 12 hours. 7 days in total. Non gonococcal Neisseria urethritis, caused by Chlamydia trachomatis or Ureaplasma urealyticum, and simple urethritis, cervicitis or rectal infection caused by Chlamydia trachomatis: 100mg once, twice a day for at least 7 days. Syphilis: 150mg once every 12 hours for at least 10 days. For children over 8 years old, the weight is 2.2mg/kg on the first day, once every 12 hours, followed by 2.2 ~ 4.4mg/kg, once a day, or 2.2mg/kg, once every 12 hours. The dosage for children weighing more than 45kg is the same as that for adults.

Adverse reactions
1. Digestive system: oral administration of this product can cause gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea. There are occasional reports of esophagitis and esophageal ulcer, mostly in patients who lie in bed immediately after taking medicine.
2. Hepatotoxicity: it is easy to occur in patients with fatty liver degeneration and pregnant women, or in patients without the above conditions. Pancreatitis may occur occasionally. Pancreatitis caused by this product can also occur simultaneously with hepatotoxicity. The patient is not accompanied by primary liver disease.
3. Allergic reaction: most of them are maculopapular rash and erythema. A few patients may have urticaria, angioneuroedema, Henoch Schonlein purpura, pericarditis and systemic lupus erythematosus. Exfoliative dermatitis is not common. Anaphylactic shock and asthma occur occasionally. Some patients with this product may have photosensitivity under the sun. Therefore, it is recommended that patients should not be directly exposed to sunlight or ultraviolet rays during taking this product. Once the skin has erythema, they should stop the drug immediately.
4. Blood system: it can occasionally cause hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia and eosinophilia.
5. Central nervous system: occasionally, it can cause benign intracranial pressure increase, which can be manifested as headache, vomiting, optic nerve papilledema, etc., which can be relieved after drug withdrawal.
6. Double infection: long term application of this product can cause gastrointestinal, respiratory and urinary tract infections caused by drug-resistant staphylococcus aureus, Gram-negative bacteria and fungi, and severe cases can cause sepsis.
7. The application of tetracyclines can reduce the normal flora in the human body, cause vitamin deficiency, fungal reproduction, dry mouth, pharyngitis, angular stomatitis and glossitis.

Taboo:
Those with a history of tetracycline allergy are prohibited.

Matters needing attention:
1. Excessive reproduction of drug-resistant bacteria may occur when applying this product. In case of double infection, stop the product and give corresponding treatment.
2. In the treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, if it is suspected that Treponema pallidum infection is complicated at the same time, dark field microscopy and serological examination must be carried out before medication, and the latter shall be carried out once a month, at least 4 times.
3. During long-term medication, regular follow-up should be conducted to check blood routine and liver function.
4. This product can be used in patients with renal dysfunction without adjusting the dose. This product usually does not cause the increase of blood urea nitrogen.
5. This product can be taken with food, milk or carbonated beverage.

Medication for pregnant and lactating women:
This product can enter the fetus through the placental barrier and deposit in the calcium area of teeth and bones, causing fetal tooth discoloration, poor enamel regeneration and inhibiting fetal bone growth. This kind of drug has teratogenic effect in animal experiments, so it is not suitable for pregnant women.
This product can be secreted from milk. The concentration in milk is high. Lactation should be suspended for lactating women.
