1. Complex partial seizures, also known as psychomotor seizures or temporal lobe epilepsy, generalized tonic-clonic seizures, a combination of the two or other partial or generalized seizures. 2. It can be used to relieve trigeminal neuralgia and glossopharyngeal neuralgia, lightning-like pain in tuberculosis, multiple sclerosis, peripheral diabetic neuralgia, phantom limb pain, posttraumatic neuralgia, and sometimes some postherpetic neuralgia. 3. Prevention or treatment of bipolar manic-depression: Manic-depression that does not respond to or cannot tolerate lithium or antipsychotics or antidepressants may be used alone or in combination with lithium and other antidepressants. 4. Central partial diabetes insipidus. 5. For certain psychiatric disorders, including schizoaffective disorders, intractable schizophrenia, and uncontrolled syndromes associated with limbic dysfunction.

Usage and dosage orally. Adults: 1, anticonvulsant, initial dose 100mg to 200mg each time (1-2 tablets), 1-2 times a day, gradually increase the dose until the best effect. 2. Analgesia: 0.1g (1 tablet) once, twice a day; After the second day, add 0.1 ~ 0.2g (1 ~ 2 tablets) every other day until the pain is relieved, and maintain the dosage of 0.4 ~ 0.8g (4 ~ 8 tablets) every day. The maximum dose should not exceed 1.2g (12 tablets) per day. 3. For diabetes insipidus, 0.3 ~ 0.6g (3 ~ 6 tablets) per day when used alone, and 0.2 ~ 0.4g (2 ~ 4) per day when used in combination with other antidiuretics, divided into 3 times. 4. Anti-manic or anti-psychotic, start with 0.2 ~ 0.4g (2 ~ 4 tablets) daily, gradually increase to the maximum amount of 1.6g (16 tablets) every week, divided into 3 ~ 4 times. Daily limit: no more than 1g (10 tablets) for 12 to 15 years old; Not more than 1.2g (12 tablets) for 15 years and older; A few used up to 1.6g (16 tablets). The usual limit is 1.2g (12 tablets) for adults, 1g (10 tablets) per day for 12 to 15 years old, and 1.6g (16 tablets) for a few people. Not more than 1.2g (12 tablets) per day for pain relief.
