Indication:
1. For acute and chronic cardiac insufficiency such as hypertension, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, etc.It is particularly suitable for atrial insufficiency with rapid ventricular rate atrial fibrillation.It is less effective for pulmonary heart disease, severe myocardial ischemia, active myocarditis and cardiac insufficiency due to extracardiac factors such as severe anemia, hypothyroidism and vitamin B1 deficiency.
2. Used to control ventricular rate and supraventricular tachycardia in patients with atrial fibrillation and flutter with rapid ventricular rate.

Usage and dosage:Adult dosage, oral:
Commonly used 0.125-0.5mg (0.5-2 tablets), once a day, 7 days to reach steady-state blood drug concentration;If a fast loading dose is reached, 0.25 mg (1 tablet) can be administered every 6-8 hours with a total dose of 0.75-1.25 mg/day (3-5 tablets per day). Maintenance dose is 0.125-0.5 mg once a day (0.5-2 tablets per day).
Common dosage for children, oral:
The total amount of this product is 0.02~0.03mg/kg for premature infants.Neonates under one month old, 0.03-0.04mg/kg: 1-2 years old, 0.05-0.06mg/kg;2-5 years old, 0.03-0.04mg/kg;5-10 years old, 0.02-0.035mg/kg;For adults aged 10 years or over, give the total amount of the product 3 times or every 6-8 hours as usual.Maintenance ranges from 1/5 to 1/3 of the total amount, divided twice, once every 12 hours or once a day.Careful titration of doses and close monitoring of blood drug concentrations and electrocardiograms are required in infants, especially premature infants.Recent studies have shown that digoxin, given a certain dose daily, can achieve a stable concentration in vivo and play a full effect after 6-7 days. Therefore, the patients who are in a less urgent condition and are prone to poisoning can be treated by 5.5 daily.μG/kg can also achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of poisoning.

Adverse reactions
1. Common adverse reactions include arrhythmic effects, poor gastric intake or nausea, vomiting (stimulating the medullary center), lower abdominal pain, abnormal weakness, and weakness.
2. Rare reactions include blurred vision or "color vision", such as yellow vision, green vision, diarrhea, and central nervous system reactions such as depression or confusion.
3. Rare reactions include lethargy, headache and rash, measles-seeking (allergic reactions).
4. Among the manifestations of digitalis poisoning, arrhythmias are the most important. Ventricular premature beats are the most common, accounting for about 33% of adverse reactions to arrhythmias.Secondly, atrioventricular block, paroxysmal or accelerated junctional tachycardia, paroxysmal atrial tachycardia with atrioventricular block, ventricular tachycardia, sinus arrest, ventricular fibrillation, etc.Cardiac arrhythmias are more common in children than in other reactions, but ventricular arrhythmias are less common in adults.Newborns may have prolonged P-R intervals.

Taboo:
In combination with calcium injection;Poisoning by any digitalis preparation;Ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation;Obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (with systolic dysfunction or atrial fibrillation may still be considered);Preexcitation syndrome with atrial fibrillation or flutter.

Matters needing attention:
1. It should not be compatible with acids and bases.
2. Use cautiously: hypokalemia;Incomplete atrioventricular block;Hypercalcemia;Hypothyroidism;Ischemic heart disease;Miocardial infarction;Myocarditis;Renal function impairment.
3. Follow-up examination should be paid attention to during medication: blood pressure, heart rate and heart rhythm;ECG;Cardiac function monitoring;Electrolytes, especially potassium, calcium and magnesium;Renal function;Blood concentration of digoxin should be determined when digitalis poisoning is suspected.In excess, the toxic manifestations usually subside 1 to 2 days after withdrawal due to small accumulation.

Medication for pregnant and lactating women:
This product can pass through the placenta, so maternal dosage may increase in the third trimester of pregnancy and should be reduced 6 weeks after delivery.This product can be discharged into breast milk and should be used in breast-feeding women with trade-offs between advantages and disadvantages
