Indication:
It is mainly used for allergic and autoimmune inflammatory diseases. It is applicable to connective tissue disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, severe bronchial asthma, dermatomyositis, vasculitis and other allergic diseases, acute leukemia, malignant lymphoma and other diseases of adrenocortical hormone drugs.

Usage and dosage:Oral. Generally, 5 ~ 10mg (1 ~ 2 tablets) at a time and 10 ~ 60mg (2 ~ 12 tablets) a day. Increase or decrease as necessary, which shall be decided by the doctor.
1. For autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, nephrotic syndrome, ulcerative colitis and autoimmune hemolytic anemia, it can be given 40 ~ 60mg (8 ~ 12 tablets) a day, and gradually reduce after the condition is stable.
2. For allergic diseases such as drug-induced dermatitis, urticaria and bronchial asthma, 20 ~ 40mg (4 ~ 8 tablets) per day. After the symptoms are reduced, reduce 5mg (1 tablet) every 1 ~ 2 days.
3. To prevent rejection of organ transplantation, 100mg (20 tablets) were taken orally 1 ~ 2 days before operation, 60mg (12 tablets) a week after operation, and then gradually reduced.
4. For the treatment of acute leukemia and malignant tumor, take 60 ~ 80mg (12 ~ 16 tablets) orally every day, and reduce the amount after the symptoms are relieved.

Adverse reactions
The large dosage of this product is easy to cause diabetes, gastrointestinal ulcer and Cushing's syndrome, and has a strong inhibitory effect on the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal axis. Concurrent infection was the main adverse reaction.

Taboo:
It is forbidden for patients with a history of allergy to this product and adrenocortical hormones. Hypertension, thromboembolism, gastric and duodenal ulcer, psychosis, abnormal electrolyte metabolism, myocardial infarction, visceral surgery, glaucoma and other patients are generally not suitable for use. Under special circumstances, weigh the advantages and disadvantages and pay attention to the possibility of deterioration.

Matters needing attention:
1. patients with tuberculosis, acute bacterial or viral infections should be cautious. If necessary, appropriate anti infective treatment must be given.
2. After long-term medication, it should be gradually reduced before withdrawal.
3. patients with diabetes, osteoporosis, cirrhosis, renal dysfunction, hypothyroidism are used cautiously.

5. Athletes should use it with caution.

Medication for pregnant and lactating women:
Pregnant women can increase the incidence of placental insufficiency, neonatal weight loss or stillbirth.
