[Usage and dosage] Oral administration: 1. Treatment of schizophrenia: start from small dose, 2 ~ 4mg once, 2 ~ 3 times a day. After that, 6mg was added every 1 ~ 2 days, gradually increasing to the usual therapeutic dose of 20 ~ 60mg a day. Maintenance dose: 10 ~ 20mg per day. 2. For anti-vomiting: 2 ~ 4mg once, 2 ~ 3 times a day.



Adverse reactions 1. There are mainly extrapyramidal reactions, such as: tremor, rigidity, salivation, motor retardation, asthenia, acute dystonia. Tardive dyskinesia can be caused by prolonged and heavy medication. 2. May cause an increase in plasma prolactin concentration, and may be associated with symptoms such as galactorrhea, feminized breasts in men, menstrual disorders, and amenorrhea. Dry mouth, blurred vision, fatigue, dizziness, tachycardia, constipation, sweating, etc. 3. Rare adverse reactions include postural hypotension, granulocytopenia, and toxic liver damage. Occasionally allergic rash and malignant syndrome are seen.
