Ingredients
Each tablet contains two mitidine O. 2 grams of the main ingredient, supplementary materials are starch, dextrin, magnesium stearate, sodium carboxymethyl starch.
Properties This product is white or white crystalline powder; Almost odorless and bitter.
[Indication] It is used to relieve stomachache, heartburn (heartburn) and acid reflux caused by excessive stomach acid.
[Usage and dosage] adults, oral: 0.2g/ time, 3 times/day, after meals, and 0.4g before going to bed; Or 0.4g/ time, 2 times/day; Or take 0.8g once before going to bed. Intravenous injection: 0.2g/ time, slow injection, 4 ~ 6 times/day. Intravenous infusion: 0.4g ~ 0.6g, twice a day. Children: Oral or intramuscular injection, 5mg ~ 10mg/kg, 2 ~ 4 times/day.
[Adverse reactions] Adverse reactions to this product are generally uncommon and usually resolve with continued or discontinuation of medication. Common adverse reactions include diarrhea, dizziness, fatigue, headache and rash. 2. This product has mild anti-androgen effect, and can cause male breast development, female galactomastia, loss of libido, impotence, reduced sperm count, etc., when the dosage is larger (more than 1.6g a day). [Drug interaction] When combined with warfarin, theophylline, phenytoin and other drugs, the dose should be reduced. Antacids such as aluminum hydroxide or metoclopramide can reduce the absorption of this product. It can reduce the action of sucralin and tetracycline. Combined with opiates can cause respiratory depression, mental confusion and disorientation in patients with chronic renal failure, so the dosage of opiates should be reduced. 1. This product is a liver drug enzyme inhibitor, which can reduce the activity of the drug enzyme through the combination of its imidazole ring and cytochrome P450, and also reduce the liver blood flow. Therefore, when this product is combined with propranolol, it can increase the blood concentration of the latter and slow down the heart rate at rest. When combined with phenytoin sodium or other acetonylurea, it may increase the concentration of phenytoin sodium, which may lead to phenytoin sodium poisoning. If combined use is necessary, the concentration of phenytoin sodium should be determined after 5 days to adjust the dose. 2. When used in combination with cyclosporine, the blood concentration of the latter can be increased. 3. When used with moclobemide, the blood concentration of moclobemide can be increased. 4. When this product is combined with coumarin anticoagulants, the excretion rate of the latter from the body can be reduced, and the prothrombin time can be further prolonged, thus leading to bleeding tendency. When used in combination with carbamazepine, the blood concentration of carbamazepine can be increased, which may lead to the risk of overdose. 13. When combined with lidocaine (extra-gastrointestinal drug), it increases the blood concentration of lidocaine, thereby increasing the risk of nervous system and cardiac adverse reactions. The dose of lidocaine should be adjusted and clinical monitoring should be strengthened when the two are used together. 14. When used with caffeine, this product can delay the metabolism of caffeine, enhance its effect, and prone to toxic reactions. Patients with gastric ulcer should not use caffeine, but should also avoid caffeine and caffeinated beverages when taking this product. 15.
