Ampicillin sodium and Cloxacillin Sodium for injection are suitable for respiratory tract infection, gastrointestinal infection, urinary tract infection, soft tissue infection, endocarditis, meningitis, sepsis, etc. caused by sensitive bacteria. It can also be used for mixed infection caused by Streptococcus pyogenes or pneumococcus and penicillin resistant Staphylococcus.

Usage.
1. Intramuscular injection: 0.5 ~ 1.0g once, 3 ~ 4 times a day; Add 2 ~ 4ml sterile water for injection to dissolve each bottle and inject it into deep muscle.
2. Intravenous drip: 2 ~ 4G per day, administered 2 ~ 4 times, which can be compatible with various infusion. However, if it is compatible with glucose infusion, it should be drip faster and finished within half an hour, so as not to reduce the efficacy. Children were given drugs in batches according to their body weight of 20 ~ 40mg / kg a day.

Adverse reactions
1. The adverse reactions of this product are similar to penicillin, and allergic reactions are more common. The most common reaction was rash, which occurred 5 days after treatment, showing urticaria or maculopapular rash; Interstitial nephritis can also occur; Anaphylactic shock occurs occasionally. Once it occurs, it must be rescued on site.
2. Granulocytopenia and thrombocytopenia are occasionally seen in patients treated with ampicillin sodium.
3. Antibiotic associated enteritis is rare.
4. A few patients have elevated serum transaminase and cholestatic jaundice.
5. Infants with ampicillin sodium can have increased intracranial pressure, which is manifested as anterior halogenation.
