Indication:
1. It has good curative effect on positive symptoms such as excitement, agitation, hallucination, delusion, thinking disorder and behavior disorder. For schizophrenia, mania or other psychotic disorders.

Usage and dosage:Oral:
For schizophrenia or mania, starting from a small dose, 25 ~ 50mg once, 2 ~ 3 times a day, slowly and gradually increasing to 25 ~ 50mg once every 2 ~ 3 days, and the treatment dose is 400 ~ 600mg a day.
For other mental diseases, the dose should be small.
The dosage of the weak should be small and should be added slowly.
For anti nausea, 12.5 ~ 25mg once, 2 ~ 3 times a day.

Adverse reactions
1. Use with caution if you have cardiovascular diseases (such as heart failure, myocardial infarction, conduction abnormalities).
2. In case of delayed dyskinesia, all antipsychotics should be stopped.
3. In case of allergic rash and malignant syndrome, the drug should be stopped immediately and treated accordingly.
4. If postural hypotension is caused after medication, stay in bed. If the blood pressure is too low, norepinephrine can be injected intravenously, and epinephrine is prohibited.
5. Those with liver and kidney dysfunction should be reduced.
6. Use with caution in patients with epilepsy.
7. Liver function and leukocyte count should be checked regularly.
8. Poor effect on vomiting caused by motion sickness.
9. Do not drive vehicles, operate machinery or work at height during medication.
10. It is not applicable to persons with mental disorders with conscious disorders.

Taboo:
Basal ganglia disease, Parkinson's disease, Parkinson's syndrome, bone marrow suppression, glaucoma, coma and allergy to phenothiazine drugs.

Matters needing attention:
1. Interference to diagnosis: taking this product can increase the measured value of blood uric acid concentration.
2. The following cases should be used with caution: gout, optic neuritis and renal dysfunction.
3. Check during treatment. Eyes, visual field, visual acuity, red and green discrimination, etc. shall be checked once a day before and during the course of treatment, especially for patients with a long course of treatment and a daily dose of more than 15mg / kg; Determination of serum uric acid, because this product can increase the concentration of serum uric acid and cause gout attack. Therefore, it should be measured regularly in the course of treatment.
4. In case of gastrointestinal irritation, ethambutol can be taken with food. The daily dose can not reach the effective blood drug concentration. Therefore, this product should be taken once a day.
5. When ethambutol is used alone, bacteria can quickly develop drug resistance, so it must be used in combination with other anti tuberculosis drugs. When this product is used in patients who have received anti tuberculosis drugs, it should be combined with at least one drug.
6. Since there is no practical method to determine the blood drug concentration, the dose should be calculated according to the patient's body weight. For patients with liver or renal dysfunction, the blood drug concentration of this product may increase and the half-life may be prolonged. Patients with renal dysfunction need to be reduced.
