Main ingredient cimetidine, auxiliary materials: starch, talc powder.
Class of action This product is an antacid class of over-the-counter drugs.
Indications are used to relieve stomach pain, stomach burning (heartburn) and acid reflux caused by excessive stomach acid.
Adverse reactions 1. Long-term drug use or increased dose may occur: male breast swelling, lactation, loss of libido, diarrhea, dizziness or headache, muscle cramps or myalgia, rash, hair loss, etc.
2. Occasional adverse reactions include:
Mental disorders, mostly in the elderly or seriously ill patients, can recover within 48 hours after drug withdrawal;
Sore throat;
unexplained bleeding or ecchymosis, and abnormal lethargy and weakness;
Granulocytopenia or other abnormal blood images are more common in patients with severe complications.
Contraindicated for pregnant and lactating women.

3. This product can be cleared by hemodialysis. When renal function is normal, the half-life (t1/2) is 2 hours, the creatinine clearance is 20-50 ml/ min, the half-life (t1/2) is 2.9 hours, when <20 mL/min, it is 3.7 hours, and when renal insufficiency is 5 hours.
4. This product can be transported through the placenta and excreted from the milk.
