[Usage and Dosage] Oral administration. Acute simple lower urinary tract infection caused by Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Proteus singular was treated with 400mg once, twice a day, for 3 days. The dosage of simple urinary tract infection caused by other pathogens was the same as above, and the course of treatment was 7-10 days. The dosage of complicated urinary tract infection was the same as above, and the course of treatment was 10-21 days. Single dose of 800 ~ 1200mg for gonococcal urethritis. Acute and chronic prostatitis 400mg once, twice a day, the course of treatment was 28 days. The intestinal infection was 300 ~ 400mg once, twice a day, and the course of treatment was 5 ~ 7 days. 800 ~ 1200mg a day for Salmonella typhimurium infection, divided into 2 ~ 3 doses, the course of treatment was 14-21 days.



[Adverse Reactions] 1. Gastrointestinal reactions are common and may be manifested as abdominal discomfort or pain, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting. 2. Central nervous system reactions may include dizziness, headache, drowsiness or insomnia. 3. Allergic reaction rash, skin itching, occasionally exudative polyerythema and angioneurotic edema. A few patients have photosensitive reactions. 4. Occasionally: (1) epileptic seizure, mental abnormality, irritability, disturbance of consciousness, hallucination, tremor. 1. This product should be taken on an empty stomach with 250ml of water. 2. Quinolones including this product should be used with extreme caution in patients with myasthenia gravis. 8.
