Indication:
1. Primary and secondary hyperuricemia, especially hyperuricemia caused by excessive uric acid production;

Usage and dosage:Oral, once a day, 250 mg (one capsule) each time.

Adverse reactions
1. Gastrointestinal Response: it may cause digestive dysfunction, such as abdominal pain, nausea and diarrhea, so it is rarely stopped. After meal medication can reduce or avoid side effects of digestive system.
2. rash: generally, it is papular erythema, eczema or prurigo. If rash is extensive and persistent, it is necessary to stop the drug if the treatment is invalid and the trend of aggravation is found.
3. leucopenia, thrombocytopenia, anemia and bone marrow inhibition are rare. It mainly occurs in patients with renal dysfunction. If such adverse reactions occur, drug withdrawal should be considered.
4. other cases include hair loss, fever, lymphadenopathy, hepatotoxicity, interstitial nephritis and allergic vasculitis.
The above adverse reactions can be recovered to normal after stopping the drug.

Taboo:

Matters needing attention:
1. This product can not control the acute inflammatory symptoms of gouty arthritis and can not be used as an anti-inflammatory drug. This product must be used after the acute inflammatory symptoms of gouty arthritis disappear (usually about two weeks after the attack).

3. This product is used for patients with uric acid in blood, 24-hour excessive uric acid, or gout stone, or urinary calculi, and should not be treated with uric acid promoting drugs.
4. It can strengthen the curative effect when combined with micturition acid, and should not be taken with iron.
5. Blood uric acid and 24-hour uric acid levels should be checked regularly before and during medication.
6. The patients with renal and liver function damage and the elderly should be cautious.
