This product is a sterile powder made of dibenzyl ethylenediamine salt of penicillin [(c16h18n2o4s) 2 · C16H20N2] mixed with an appropriate amount of buffer and suspension. The auxiliary material is refined soft phospholipid.
Chemical name: (2S, 5R, 6R) - N, n '- dibenzyl ethylenediamine salt of 3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-6 - (2-phenylacetamido) - 4-thia-1-azabicyclo [3.2.0] heptane-2-carboxylic acid.

Usage.
Add an appropriate amount of sterilized water for injection before use to form a suspension. Intramuscular injection, 600000 ~ 1.2 million units per adult, once every 2 ~ 4 weeks; 300000 ~ 600000 units for children once, once every 2 ~ 4 weeks.

Adverse reactions
1. Allergic reaction: allergic reactions caused by penicillin may occur when using this product, among which allergic reactions such as rash are common, leucopenia, interstitial nephritis, asthma attack and serotype reaction are rare, and severe cases such as anaphylactic shock are rare; Once anaphylactic shock occurs, it must be rescued on site, and treatment measures such as keeping the airway unblocked, oxygen inhalation and the use of adrenaline and glucocorticoid must be taken.
2. Double infection: there may be double infection of penicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus, gram-negative bacilli or Candida.
