Adverse reactions 1. Long-term medication or increased dose may occur: male breast swelling, lactation phenomenon, loss of sexual desire, diarrhea, vertigo or headache, muscle spasm or myalgia, rash, hair loss, etc.

2. Occasional adverse reactions include:

Mental disorders, more common in the elderly or seriously ill patients, can recover within 48 hours after drug withdrawal;

sore throat and heat;

Unexplained bleeding or ecchymosis, and abnormal tiredness and weakness;

Pharmacokinetics 1. After oral administration, about 60%~70% is absorbed rapidly by the intestine, and the peak time of plasma concentration (Tmax) is 45~90 minutes. Oral bioavailability (F) is about 70%, young people tend to absorb this product better than the elderly. Plasma protein binding rate is low. The average peak concentration (Cmax) of 300mg was 1.44ug/ mL, and basal gastric acid secretion could be inhibited by 50% for 4~5 hours.

2. This product is widely distributed in tissues of the whole body (except brain), metabolized in the liver and excreted mainly through the kidney. After 24 hours, about 48% of the oral dose was excreted from the kidney in the original form. 10% can be excreted in the stool.

3. This product can be removed by hemodialysis. The half-life (T1/2) of normal renal function was 2 hours, the creatinine clearance rate was 20-50 mL/min, the half-life (T1/2) was 2.9 hours, the half-life (T1/2) of <20 mL/min was 3.7 hours, and the half-life (T1/2) of renal insufficiency was 5 hours.
