[Usage and Dosage] Oral administration, normal dosage for adults: 0.25 ~ 0.5g once, once every 6 hours. Usual dosage for children over 8 years old: 25 ~ 50mg/kg each time, once every 6 hours. The course of treatment is generally 7 to 14 days, mycoplasma pneumonia, brucellosis need about 3 weeks.



1. Gastrointestinal symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, upper abdominal discomfort, abdominal distension, diarrhea, etc., have occasionally been reported to cause pancreatitis, esophagitis, and esophageal ulcer, mostly occurring in patients who immediately lie in bed after taking medication. 2. This product may cause hepatotoxicity, usually fatty liver degeneration. Hepatotoxicity may occur in pregnant women and patients with pre-existing renal impairment, but hepatotoxicity may also occur in patients without such conditions. Tetracycline - induced pancreatitis can also occur in conjunction with hepatotoxicity in patients without primary liver disease. 3. Allergy: Most of the patients are maculopapules and erythema, and a few patients may present urticaria, angioneurotic edema, allergic purpura, pericarditis and systemic lupus erythematosus rash aggravation. Epidermal dermatitis is not common. Occasionally anaphylactic shock and asthma occur. Some patients on tetracycline have photosensitivity when exposed to the sun. Therefore, patients should be advised not to be directly exposed to sunlight or ultraviolet light during the use of this product, and should stop taking the product immediately if there is skin erythema. 4. Blood system: occasionally cause hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia and eosinopenia. 5. Nephrotoxicity: Patients with previously significant renal impairment may experience aggravation of azotemia, hyperphosphatemia, and acidosis. 7. Double infection: Long-term application of this product can cause digestive tract, respiratory tract and urinary tract infection caused by drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, Gram-negative bacilli and fungi, or sepsis in severe cases. 8. 1. Cross allergic reaction: Various tetracycline drugs may produce cross allergic reaction. 2. This product has good antibacterial effect on Vibrio, Yersinia pestis, Brucella, Campylobacter, Yersinia and other gram-negative bacteria. It has no antibacterial activity on Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and certain antibacterial effect on some anaerobic bacteria, but it is far inferior to metronidazole, clindamycin and chloramphenicol, so it is not used in clinical practice. [Pharmacokinetics] This product is a tetracycline alkaloid, which is absorbable by oral administration but not completely. About 30% ~ 40% of the dose can be absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. Oral absorption is affected by food and metal ions, which form complexes with the drug to reduce absorption.
