ingredients < p > ranitidine hydrochloride and its chemical name is: N '- methyl - N - [2 - [[[5 - [(dimethyl amine) methyl] - 2 - furan base] - methyl] thio] ethyl] - 2 - nitro - 1, 1 - ethylene diamine hydrochloride.
[Properties] This product is a capsule, its contents are like white or light yellow powder.
[Indication] It is used for the treatment of duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, reflux esophagitis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and other diseases with high gastric acid secretion.
Usage and dosage 1. Orally, 150mg once (1 capsule) twice a day, or 300mg once (2 capsules a time), once before bed.
2. Maintenance treatment: Orally, 150mg once (1 capsule each time), once a night.
3. In patients with severe nephropathy, the half-life of ranitidine is prolonged and the dose should be reduced to 75mg once (once half a pill), twice a day.
4. For the treatment of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, a large amount of 600~1200mg a day (4 ~8 mg a day) should be used.
[Adverse reactions] 1. Common symptoms include nausea, rash, constipation, fatigue, headache, dizziness, etc. 2. Compared with cimetidine, the adverse effects of kidney function, gonadal function and central nervous system injury are less severe. 3. A small number of patients caused mild liver function injury after taking the drug, but the symptoms disappeared and the liver function returned to normal after stopping the drug. It was suspected that the drug may be allergic reaction, and the amount of the drug has nothing to do with it. 4. Long-term use can sustainably reduce the acidity of gastric juice, and facilitate bacteria to multiply in the stomach, thus reducing nitrate in food to nitrite and forming N-nitroso compounds.
Taboo Children under 8 years old should not be allowed. Pregnant women and lactating women are prohibited.
[Precautions] 1. Patients with suspected cancerous ulcers should be clearly diagnosed before use to avoid delay of treatment 2. It is toxic to the liver, but can be recovered after withdrawal. 3. In patients with liver insufficiency and elderly patients, occasionally disorientation disorder, lethargy, anxiety and other mental states occurred after taking medication. 4. Use with caution in patients with liver and renal insufficiency. 5. Male breast feminization is rare and its incidence increases with age. 6. Can reduce the absorption of vitamin B12, long-term use, can cause B12 deficiency. 7. It is not allowed for those allergic to this product.

Drug interaction 1. When combined with warfarin, lidocaine, diazepam, propranolol and other drugs metabolized through the liver, the blood concentration of ranitidine will not increase and cause toxic side effects. 2. It is safer than cimetidine when used with anticoagulants and antiepileptics. 3. When used with procainamine, the clearance rate of procainamine can be reduced. 4. It can reduce liver blood flow, so when combined with propranolol, lidocaine and other drugs whose metabolism is greatly affected by liver blood flow, it can delay the action of these drugs.
Pharmacological action 1. Pharmacology Ranitidine competitively blocks histamine binding to H2 receptors. The inhibitory effect of gastric acid was 5 ~12 times that of cimetidine in mole. It is therefore a potent H2 blocker. 2. Toxicity mice oral LD501440~1750mg/Kg. The maximum daily non-toxic dose for 5 weeks was 500mg/Kg for rats (male), 250mg/Kg for rats (female), and 40mg/Kg for dogs. The maximum daily non-toxic dose for 26 weeks was 100mg/Kg for rats and 40mg/Kg for dogs. No carcinogenic effect was observed in mice and rats after oral administration of 100~200mg/Kg for 114 weeks and 100~2000mg/Kg for 129 weeks.
