Adverse Reactions 1. Long-term medication or increased dosage may occur: male breast swelling, lactation, loss of sexual desire, diarrhea, dizziness or headache, muscle spasm or myalgia, rash, hair loss, etc.

2. Accidental adverse reactions are: 1. Mental disorders, more common in elderly or serious patients, can be recovered within 48 hours after stopping the drug; sore throat heat; (3) Unexplained bleeding or ecchymosis, and abnormal tiredness and weakness; Granulocytopenia or other abnormal hematograms are more common in patients with severe complications.

Taboo Pregnant women and lactating women are forbidden.

When this product is used with nitroazepam (nitrodiazepam), diazepam (diazepam), theophylline, propranolol (propranolol), phenytoin sodium and aspirin, it can increase the blood concentration of these drugs, enhance the effect, and appear adverse reactions, even toxic reactions. Therefore, this product is not suitable for use with these drugs.

3. When used in conjunction with aminoglycoside antibiotics such as gentamicin, it may cause respiratory depression or respiratory arrest.

Pharmacokinetics 1. After oral administration, about 60%~70% is rapidly absorbed by the intestinal tract, and the peak time of blood drug concentration (Tmax) is 45~90 minutes. Oral bioavailability (F) is about 70%, and young people tend to absorb this product better than older people. Plasma protein binding rate is low. The average peak concentration (Cmax) of 300mg was 1.44ug/ml, which could inhibit basal gastric acid secretion by 50% for 4~5 hours.

2. This product is widely distributed in the whole body tissues (except the brain), metabolized in the liver, mainly excreted through the kidney. After 24 hours, about 48% of oral volume was excreted from the kidney in its original form. 10% can be excreted from feces.

3. This product can be cleared by hemodialysis. When the renal function was normal, the half-life (t1/2) was 2 hours, the creatinine clearance rate was 20-50ml/min, the half-life (t1/2) was 2.9 hours, and when the renal function was <20ml/ min, it was 3.7 hours, and when the renal function was incomplete, it was 5 hours. This product can be transported through the placenta and excreted from breast milk.
