[Ingredient]
This product contains acetaminophen.
[Properties] This product is a white piece.
It is used for the relief of mild to moderate pain, such as headache, tension headache, migraine, arthralgia, muscle pain, dysmenorrhea, toothache, neuralgia, and fever caused by the common cold or influenza.
[Usage and dosage] Oral administration. For children aged 6-12 years, 0.5 tablets per time; Children and adults over 12 years old should take one tablet at a time. If fever or pain persists, repeat the drug once every 4-6 hours, and not more than 4 times within 24 hours.
[Adverse reactions] Occasional rash or pruritus, urticaria, drug fever, leukopenia (such as granulocytopenia), thrombocytopenia or unexplained bruisations or bleeding. Angioedema is rare. Stevensa Johnson Syndrome has edema, peeling and mouth sores on the mouth, tongue, throat or face. It is sometimes accompanied by bronchospasm (which occurs in people allergic to aspirin and other NSaids). Long-term use of large amounts of drugs can lead to abnormal liver and kidney function.
[Contraindication] Severe liver and kidney function insufficiency is contraindicated.
(1) People who are allergic to aspirin generally have no allergic reaction to this product. However, it has been reported that a small number of patients with asthma due to aspirin allergy may develop bronchospasm after taking this product. (2) When suffering from alcohol poisoning, liver disease or viral hepatitis, this product has the risk of increasing liver toxicity, and should be used with caution. (3) Long-term and large use of this product in patients with renal insufficiency may increase renal toxicity, so it should be used with caution. (4) When taking this medicine for pain, it should not be used for more than 5 consecutive days, and the antipyretic treatment should not exceed 3 days, unless otherwise advised by the doctor. (5) The drug should be stopped immediately when erythema or edema occurs after taking this product. (6) Keep this medicine out of reach of children. In case of overdose, see a doctor immediately. (7) This product is only for symptomatic treatment. While using this product, etiological treatment should be carried out as far as possible. (8) Interference to diagnosis: The false low value of blood glucose was obtained by glucose oxidase/peroxidase method, but not by hexokinase / 6-phosphate dehydrogenase method; Serum uric acid was determined by phosphotungstic acid method. False positive results were obtained when nitroneferol reagent was used for qualitative screening test of 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) in urine, but quantitative test was not affected. In liver function test, prothrombin time, serum bilirubin, LDH and serum transaminase can be increased in large doses or long-term use.

This product can be secreted through the placenta and in the breast milk, so pregnant and lactating women are not recommended to use.
Notes for the elderly:
Due to the decline of liver and renal function in elderly patients, the half-life of this product is prolonged, which is prone to adverse reactions.
Should be used with caution or appropriate reduction.
[Drug interaction] (1) Patients who drink alcohol for a long time or use other liver enzyme inducers, especially those who use barbiturates or anticonvulsants, are more likely to have liver toxicity when taking this product for a long time or in large quantities. (2) The combination of chloramphenicol and chloramphenicol can prolong the half-life of the latter and enhance its toxicity. (3) Combined with anticoagulant, can enhance the anticoagulant effect, so it is necessary to adjust the dosage of anticoagulant. (4) Long-term use of large amounts of aspirin or other NSaids in combination has a significant increase in the risk of nephrotoxicity. (5) The combination of this product with the antiviral drug Zidovudine may increase its toxicity and should be avoided.
[Pharmacological action] This product is acetanilide antipyretic and analgesic. By inhibiting cyclooxygenase, it selectively inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins in hypothalamic thermoregulation center, leading to peripheral vasodilatation and sweating, and achieves antipyretic effect, which is similar to aspirin in intensity. It plays an analgesic effect by inhibiting the synthesis and release of prostaglandins and raising the pain threshold. It is a peripheral analgesic, weaker than aspirin, and effective only for mild and moderate pain. This product has no obvious anti-inflammatory effect.
