Usage and dosage:Infiltration anesthesia: 0.25% - 0.5% solution, no more than 1.5g per hour.
Block anesthesia: 1% - 2% solution, no more than 1.0g per hour.
Epidural anesthesia: 2% solution, no more than 0.75g per hour.

Adverse reactions
This product can have hypersensitivity reaction and allergic reaction, and individual patients can have methemoglobinemia; Excessive dose, rapid absorption or accidental entry into blood vessels can cause toxic reactions.

Taboo:
It is forbidden for patients with cardiac and renal insufficiency and myasthenia gravis.

Matters needing attention:
1. Intradermal sensitivity test must be conducted before administration. Caution should be taken when there is a large red halo around. The drug must be administered in batches. Those with mound swelling should be observed for a long time, no more than 30-50Mg each time. When it is proved that there is no adverse reaction, the drug can be continued. Those with obvious mound swelling complain of discomfort and stop the drug immediately.
2. Except for special reasons, it is generally unnecessary to add adrenaline. If it is really necessary to add adrenaline, it should be added at the time of clinical use, and patients with hypertension should be cautious.
3. The drug solution shall not be injected into the blood vessel. During administration, it shall be pumped repeatedly without blood return.
4. The toxicity of this product is related to the route of administration, injection speed, solution concentration, injection site, whether adrenaline is added, etc. it should be administered in strict accordance with this manual. Malnutrition and starvation are more prone to toxic reactions and should be reduced.
5. Take a rest of more than 1 hour after giving the maximum dose.
6. During spinal anesthesia, it is especially necessary to adjust the block plane and observe the changes of blood pressure and pulse at any time.
7. The injection equipment shall not be washed and disinfected with alkaline substances such as soap and coal phenol soap solution. The injection site shall not be exposed to iodine, otherwise procaine precipitation will be caused.
