Main Ingredients This product is mainly distributed as loprofen.
Class of Action This product is antipyretic and analgesic non-prescription drugs.
It is indicated for the relief of mild to moderate pain such as headache, arthralgia, migraine, toothache, muscle pain, neuralgia, dysmenorrhea. It is also used for fever caused by the common cold or influenza.
1. A small number of patients may have nausea, vomiting, burning sensation of stomach or mild dyspepsia, gastrointestinal ulcer and bleeding, elevated transaminases, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, blurred vision, mental tension, drowsiness, lower limb edema or sudden weight gain.
2. Rare rash, allergic nephritis, cystitis, nephrotic syndrome, renal papillary necrosis or renal failure, bronchospasm.
Contraindications 1. Contraindications for those allergic to other NSaids.
2. Pregnant and lactating women are forbidden.
3. Contraindict aspirin for asthmatic patients who are allergic to aspirin.
1. This product is symptomatic and should not be used for a long time or a large amount. It should not be used for pain relief for more than 5 days, and it should not be used for fever relief for more than 3 days.
2. Do not take other antipyretic and analgesic drugs (such as some compound anti-cold drugs) at the same time.
3. Do not consume alcohol or alcoholic beverages while taking this product.
4. Use with caution in patients with the following conditions: over 60 years old, bronchial asthma, liver and kidney insufficiency, coagulation mechanism or platelet dysfunction (such as hemophilia).
5. Patients with the following conditions should be used under the guidance of physicians: history of peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, cardiac insufficiency, hypertension.
6. In case of overdose or serious adverse reactions, seek medical advice immediately.
7. It is forbidden for people who are allergic to this product. Use with caution for people with allergic constitution.
8. It is forbidden to use this product when its character changes.
9. Keep the product out of reach of children.

Elderly patients over 60 years old should be used with caution
1. When used together with other antipyretic, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory drugs, this product may increase gastrointestinal adverse reactions and may lead to ulcers.
2. When used with heparin, double coumarin and other anticoagulants, prothrombin time can be prolonged and bleeding tendency can be increased.
3. When used together with digoxin, methotrexate and oral hypoglycemic drugs, it can increase the blood concentration of these drugs, and should not be used together.
4. When this product is used with furosemide (furanilic acid), the sodium release and antihypotensive effect of the latter are weakened; When used together with antihypertensive drugs, it also reduces the antihypertensive effect of the latter.
5. If drug interaction may occur when used with other drugs, please consult your physician or pharmacist for details.
The adverse effects of drug overdose are positively related to the dose taken. Therefore, emergency management including emetic, gastric lavage, oral activated charcoal, antacids or/and diuretics should be administered in excess of drug dosage, and monitoring and other support methods should be given.
Drug toxicology This product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandin, has antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
Pharmacokinetics 1. It is easy to be absorbed orally, but the absorption is slowed down when taken with food, but the amount of absorption does not decrease. The absorption is not affected when taken with aluminum and magnesium antacids.

3. The peak blood concentration was reached 1.2~2.1 hours after taking the drug. When the dosage was 200mg, the blood concentration was 22ug/ml ~ 27ug/ml; when the dosage was 400mg, it was 23ug /ml ~ 45ug/ml; when the dosage was 600mg, it was 43ug /ml ~ 57ug/ml.
