Ingredient:Metoclopramide
Character:
Colorless clear liquid.
Indication:
1. Chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery, craniocerebral injury, sequela of traumatic brain injury, sea and air operation and vomiting caused by drugs.
2. Symptomatic treatment of nausea and vomiting caused by acute gastroenteritis, biliary pancreas, uremia and other diseases.
3. Used before diagnostic duodenal intubation, which is helpful for smooth intubation; Gastrointestinal barium meal X-ray examination, can reduce nausea, vomiting reaction, promote the barium meal through.
Usage:
Intramuscular or intravenous.
1. For adults, a dose of 10-20mg at a time should not exceed 0.5mg/kg per day.
2. For children, 0.1mg/kg each time for children under 6 years old and 2.5-5mg once for children aged 6-14 years old.
3. In case of renal insufficiency, the dose should be halved.
Adverse reactions:
1, the more common adverse reactions are: lethargy, restlessness, fatigue and weakness.
2. Rare reactions include: breast swelling and pain, nausea, constipation, rash, diarrhea, sleep disturbance, dizziness, severe thirst, headache, and irritability.
3, during the use of milk increase, due to the stimulation of prolactin.
4. Injection administration may cause orthostatic hypotension.
5. Long-term application of large dose may lead to extrapyramidal reaction (especially in young people) by blocking dopamine receptors and making cholinergic receptors relatively hyperactive, which may lead to muscle tremor, dysphoria and ataxia, etc., which can be treated with anticholinergic drugs such as phenylhexol.
Taboo:
1. The following situations are prohibited:
(1) Allergy to procaine or procaine amine.
(2) The frequency and severity of epileptic seizures can be increased by drug use.
(3) Gastrointestinal bleeding, mechanical obstruction or perforation may increase the power of the gastrointestinal tract and aggravate the condition.
(4) Pheochromocytoma may cause hypertensive crisis due to medication.
(5) Should not be used in patients with breast cancer who have vomited due to chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
2. The following should be used with caution:
(1) In liver failure, the ability to bind to proteins is lost.
(2) Renal failure, that is, severe chronic renal failure increases the risk of extrapyramidal reaction, and the dosage should be reduced.
