Indication:
This product is mainly used to treat various bleeding caused by acute or chronic, localized or systemic primary fibrinolysis. This product can also be used for:
1. Trauma or surgical bleeding of organs rich in plasminogen activators such as prostate, urethra, lung, brain, uterus, adrenal gland and thyroid;
2. Used as antagonists of tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) streptokinase and urokinase;
3. Fibrinolytic bleeding caused by induced abortion, early placental exfoliation, stillbirth and amniotic fluid embolism, as well as menorrhagia with increased local fibrinolysis in pathological uterine cavity;
4. It is used to prevent or reduce bleeding after tooth extraction or oral surgery in hemophilia patients lacking factor VIII or factor IX;
5. For mild bleeding caused by central neuropathy, such as subarachnoid hemorrhage and intracranial aneurysm hemorrhage, this product is superior to other antifibrinolytic drugs, but attention must be paid to the risk of cerebral edema or cerebral infarction; For severe patients with surgical indications, this product can only be used as an auxiliary drug;
6. It is used to treat hereditary angioneurotic edema, which can reduce the number and severity of attacks;

Usage and dosage:Intravenous injection or drip, 0.25 ~ 0.5g once, 0.75 ~ 2G a day. In order to prevent bleeding before and after operation, the above dose can be referred to. In order to treat bleeding caused by primary fibrinolysis, the dose can be increased as appropriate.

Adverse reactions
The adverse reaction of this product is less than that of 6-aminocaproic acid.
1. Occasional intracranial thrombosis and hemorrhage caused by drug overdose.
2. Diarrhea, nausea and vomiting may occur.
3. Menstrual discomfort (caused by menstrual blood coagulation) is rare.
4. Because this product can enter cerebrospinal fluid, there may be central nervous system symptoms such as blurred vision, headache, dizziness and fatigue after injection, especially related to the injection speed, but it is rare.

Matters needing attention:
1. Patients applying this product should monitor the possibility of thrombosis complications. For those with thrombotic tendency, it should be used with caution.
2. For secondary hyperfibrinolysis caused by diffuse intravascular coagulation, use this product with caution before heparinization.
3. Hemophilia or renal pelvic parenchymal lesions should be used with caution in case of massive hematuria.
4. Heparin is safer than this product in the treatment of low fibrinogen bleeding caused by intrauterine stillbirth.
5. The dosage should be reduced in case of chronic renal insufficiency, because the drug concentration in urine is often high after administration.
6. When treating bleeding in prostate surgery, the dosage of this product should also be reduced.
7. Those who must use this product for a long time shall be subject to ophthalmic examination and monitoring (such as vision test, vision, visual field and fundus).

Medication for pregnant and lactating women:
This product can pass through the placenta and can be secreted in milk. Therefore, pregnant women and lactating women should be cautious.
