[Drug name] Amoxicillin potassium clavulanate (4:1) dry suspension

This product is suitable for all kinds of infections caused by sensitive bacteria, such as :1 Upper respiratory tract infection: sinusitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, otitis media, etc. 2. Lower respiratory tract infection: acute bronchitis, acute attack of chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, lung abscess and bronchiectasis combined with infection. 3 urinary infection: cystitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis, prostatitis, pelvic inflammation, gonococcal urinary tract infection and chancroid, etc. Skin and soft tissue infection: furuncle, abscess, cellulitis, wound infection, abdominal sepsis, etc. Other infections: osteomyelitis, sepsis, peritonitis and postoperative infections.

[Usage and Dosage] Cold boiled water wash suit. Adult pneumonia and other moderate to severe infections: 625mg once (2 bags), once every 8 hours, course of treatment 7-10 days. Other infections: 312.5mg(1 bag) once every 8 hours, course of treatment for 7 to 10 days. Infants Newborns and infants less than 3 months old. Extended prothrombin time has been reported in very rare patients after the use of this product, so patients receiving anticoagulant therapy should be cautious in using this product. The presence of clavulanic acid can protect amoxicillin from β-lactamase degradation, and thus expand the antibacterial spectrum of amoxicillin. These include many bacteria that are normally resistant to amoxicillin and other penicillin and cephalosporins.
