Indication:
For peptic ulcer.

Usage and dosage:Intravenous drip: 0.2g of this product is diluted with 250 ~ 500ml of 5% glucose injection or 0.9% sodium oxide injection or glucose sodium chloride injection, and the drip rate is L ~ 4mg / kg per hour, 0.2 ~ 0.6g each time. Intravenous injection: dilute with 20ml of the above solution and slowly inject it intravenously (2 ~ 3 minutes), once every 6 hours, 0.2g each time. Intramuscular injection: 0.2g once, once every 6 hours.

Adverse reactions
1. Digestive system reaction. Common diarrhea, abdominal distention, dry mouth, slight increase of serum aminotransferase, and occasional severe hepatitis, liver damage, hepatic steatosis, etc. There are reports of acute pancreatitis caused by this product in animal experiment and clinical application. Sudden withdrawal may lead to chronic peptic ulcer perforation.
2. Urinary system reaction. It has been reported that scorpion can cause acute interstitial nephritis, but this toxic reaction is reversible.
3. Hematopoietic system response. It has a certain inhibitory effect on bones. A few patients have reversible moderate leukopenia or granulocytopenia.
4. Central nervous system response. There is no neurotoxicity through blood and brain. Dizziness, headache, fatigue and sleepiness are common. A few may have symptoms such as restlessness, feeling late, vague language, sweating or epileptic seizures, hallucinations and delusions. The blood drug concentration causing poisoning symptoms is mostly 2ug / ml, and it mostly occurs in the elderly, young children or patients with liver and kidney dysfunction. After neurotoxicity, it can disappear only by appropriately reducing the dose. The symptoms can be improved by treating with choline like drug physostigmine.
5. Cardiovascular system reaction, including bradycardia, facial flushing, etc. Sudden drop of blood pressure, atrial premature beat, sudden cardiac arrest, shortness of breath or difficulty in breathing were occasionally seen during intravenous injection.
6. Effects on endocrine and skin. This drug has anti male irritant effect. When the dosage is large, it can cause male breast development, female galactorrhea, decreased libido, male fistula and decreased sperm count, which can disappear after stopping the drug; It can inhibit sebum secretion, induce exfoliative dermatitis, hair loss, oral ulcer, etc.

3. This product should not be used together with central anticholinergic drugs to prevent aggravating central neurotoxicity.
4. Caffeine and caffeinated drinks should be prohibited when using this product.
5. Sudden drug withdrawal may lead to perforation of chronic peptic ulcer, which is estimated to be caused by the high acidity of rebound after stopping. Therefore, it is necessary to continue taking medicine (400mg per night) for 3 months after completing the treatment.
6. Interference to diagnosis: false positive may occur in gastric juice occult blood test; The concentration of blood salicylic acid, serum creatinine, prolactin and aminotransferase may increase; Parathyroid hormone concentration may decrease.
7. The following conditions should be used with caution: (1) serious heart and respiratory diseases; Use with caution in patients with liver and renal insufficiency( 2) In chronic inflammation, such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), the bone marrow toxicity of cimetidine may be increased( 3) Organic encephalopathy. (4) renal function damage (moderate or severe).
