Each tablet contains 0.5 g calcium gluconate (equivalent to 45 mg calcium)

This product is similar to phenytoin sodium and tetracycline, which can reduce the absorption of both. 5. Vitamin D, birth control pills, and estrogen can increase calcium absorption. 6. The absorption of aluminum increases when the antacid medicine containing aluminum is taken with this product. 7. When combined with thiazide diuretics, hypercalcemia (due to increased calcium reabsorption by renal tubules) may occur. 8.
