Ingredient Aspirin.
Properties The contents of this product are white particles or enteric-coated pellets, which appear white after removing the clothes.
[Indication] This product is mainly used to inhibit platelet aggregation and reduce the occurrence of myocardial infarction, transient cerebral ischemia or stroke in patients with atherosclerosis. At the same time can be used for analgesia, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, anti-rheumatism.
1. Inhibit platelet aggregation: 0.1g(1 capsule) once, once a day, or follow the doctor's advice; 2. Antipyretic and analgesic: 0.3-0.6g (3-6 capsules), 3 times a day; 3, rheumatic resistance: 0.6 -- 1g(6 -- 10 capsules), 3-4 times a day.
[Adverse reactions] 1. Common adverse reactions: nausea, vomiting, upper abdominal discomfort or pain and other gastrointestinal reactions. 2. Rare adverse reactions: gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers, bronchial spastic allergic reactions, skin allergic reactions, liver and kidney function damage.
[contraindication] 1. Patients with active gastrointestinal ulcer disease, gastrointestinal bleeding and other active bleeding should not be contraindicated. 2. Patients with hemophilia or thrombocytopenia are prohibited; 3. Patients who are allergic or have a history of allergy to this product or other NSaids, especially those with asthma, neuroangioedema or shock, should be prohibited.
[Precautions] Caution should be exercised when using aspirin in the following situations: · Allergy to painkillers, anti-inflammatory drugs, anti-rheumatic drugs, or other allergic reactions. · History of gastroduodenal ulcers, including chronic ulcers, recurrent ulcers, and gastrointestinal bleeding. · Combined with anticoagulants (see drug interactions). · In patients with impaired renal function or cardiovascular circulation (e.g., renal vascular disease, congestive heart failure, hypovolemia, major surgery, sepsis, or severe hemorrhagic events), acetylsalicylic acid may further increase the risk of kidney damage and acute kidney failure. · In patients with severe glucose-6-real acid dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency, acetylsalicylic acid may induce hemolytic anemia in hemolytic adults. Factors that increase the risk of hemolysis include high doses, fever, and acute infections. · Liver function impairment; · Ibuprofen may interfere with the action of aspirin enteric-coated tablets. Patients should consult their doctor if they are combining aspirin and ibuprofen. · Aspirin may cause bronchospasm and cause asthma attacks or other allergic reactions. Risk factors include bronchial asthma, hay fever, nasal polyps, or chronic respiratory infections. This also applies to patients who have allergic reactions to other substances (e.g. skin reactions, itching, rubella). · Because aspirin inhibits platelet aggregation for several days, it may lead to increased bleeding during or after surgery. · Low-dose aspirin reduces uric acid elimination. It can induce gout. Please read the instructions carefully and follow your doctor's advice.
[Medication for Special groups] Precautions for Children:
Use with caution in children, especially those with fever and dehydration, which is prone to toxic reactions. Reye's syndrome may occur in children with acute febrile diseases, especially in children with influenza and chickenpox, and can lead to death in severe cases, which is rarely seen in China.
Precautions during pregnancy and lactation:
Pregnant women, especially women in the last three months of pregnancy and breastfeeding women should use with caution.
Notes for the elderly:
Use with caution. Elderly patients are prone to toxic reactions due to decreased renal function.
[Drug interactions] Contraindicated: Methotrexate (dose 15mg/ week or more) : Increases the hematotoxicity of methotrexate (salicylic acid and methotrexate compete with plasma proteins and reduce renal clearance of methotrexate) (see contraindicated). Caution when used in combination: Methotrexate (doses less than 15mg/ week) : Increases the hematotoxicity of methotrexate (salicylic acid and methotrexate compete with plasma proteins and reduce renal clearance of methotrexate). (See contraindications) Use with caution to increase the hemotoxicity of methotrexate (salicylic acid and methotrexate compete with plasma proteins to reduce renal clearance of methotrexate). Ibuprofen in combination interferes with the irreversible inhibitory effect of aspirin on platelets. Use of ibuprofen in patients at cardiovascular risk may limit the cardiovascular protective effect of aspirin (see Precautions)
[Pharmacological action] This product is an antiplatelet drug, which can inhibit the release reaction of platelets (such as the release caused by adrenaline, collagen, thrombin, etc.) and inhibit the release of endogenous ADP, 5-HT, etc. The mechanism of action is to acetylate cyclooxygenase (i.e., prostaglandin synthase) of platelets, inhibit the generation of peroxides within the ring, reduce the generation of thromboxane A2(TXA2), thus inhibit platelet aggregation and reduce the formation of thrombosis. This product has strong anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic effects, and mild antipyretic and analgesic effects. Its mechanism is produced by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandin.
