Indications

Combined with penicillins or cephalosporins, this product is used to treat urinary tract infection, lung infection, bronchial infection, otorhinolaryngology infection, abdominal and pelvic infection, biliary tract infection, sepsis, skin and soft tissue infection caused by sensitive bacteria.

Usage.
When this product is applied with ampicillin at a dose ratio of 1:2.
For general infection, the adult dose is 1 ~ 2G sulbactam and 2 ~ 4G ampicillin per day, which is divided into 2 ~ 3 times of intravenous drip or intramuscular injection; For mild infection, 0.5g sulbactam and 1g ampicillin can also be injected intravenously or intramuscularly twice a day; For severe infection, the dose can be increased to 3 ~ 4G sulbactam and 6 ~ 8g ampicillin a day, which can be injected intravenously for 3 ~ 4 times.

Adverse reactions
When combined with ampicillin, the incidence of adverse reactions was less than 10%, and only 0.7% of patients discontinued treatment. The incidence of pain at the injection site was about 3.6%, phlebitis, diarrhea and nausea occurred occasionally, and the incidence of rash was 1% ~ 6%. Transient eosinophilia and elevated serum aminotransferase were occasionally observed. Exfoliative dermatitis and anaphylactic shock occurred in very few cases.
