Indication:
Antiviral drugs. For viral pneumonia and bronchitis caused by respiratory syncytial virus.

Usage and dosage:Dilute sodium chloride injection or 5% glucose injection into a solution containing 1mg per 1ml, and then drip it slowly intravenously.
Adults take 0.5g (5 tubes) once, twice a day. Children are given twice according to their body weight of 10 ~ 15mg / kg a day. Each infusion lasted for more than 20 minutes for 3 ~ 7 days.

Adverse reactions
The common adverse reactions were anemia and fatigue, which disappeared after drug withdrawal. The rare adverse reactions include fatigue, headache, insomnia, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, etc., and can cause the decrease of red blood cells, white blood cells and hemoglobin.

Taboo:
It is forbidden for those who are allergic to this product and pregnant women.

Matters needing attention:
1. Those with severe anemia and abnormal liver function should be used with caution.
2. Interference to diagnosis: the increase of blood bilirubin caused by oral administration of this product can be as high as 25%. High dose can cause hemoglobin decrease
3. Take medicine as soon as possible. Respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia is generally effective within 3 days. This product is not suitable for patients with respiratory syncytial virus infection without laboratory diagnosis.
4. Long term or high-dose administration has adverse reactions to liver function and hemogram.

Medication for pregnant and lactating women:
1. This product has strong teratogenic effect. The daily dose of 1mg / kg to rabbits will cause embryo damage, so it is forbidden to be used in pregnant women and women who may be pregnant (this product is eliminated slowly in the body and cannot be completely removed from the body 4 weeks after drug withdrawal).
2. A small amount of drugs are excreted by milk and are toxic to mother and child animals. Therefore, lactating women need to suspend lactation during medication, and milk should also be discarded. Because respiratory syncytial virus infection in lactating women is self limiting, this product is not used in this case.
