Indication:
Aspirin inhibits platelet aggregation, so the indications of aspirin enteric coated tablets are as follows:

Usage and dosage:Usage: oral. Enteric coated tablets should be taken with appropriate amount of water before meals.
Reduce the incidence risk of suspected patients with acute myocardial infarction: it is recommended to take 300mg for the first time and chew it for rapid absorption. After that, 100-200mg per day.
Prevention of myocardial infarction recurrence: 100-300mg per day.
Secondary prevention of stroke: 100-300mg per day.
Reduce the risk of transient ischemic attack (TIA) and its secondary stroke: 100-300 mg per day.

Adverse reactions
The listed adverse drug reactions (ADRs) are based on spontaneous post marketing reports of all aspirin preparations (including short-term and long-term oral treatment), so they do not need to be organized according to the CIOMS III frequency category.
Upper and lower gastrointestinal discomfort, such as dyspepsia, gastrointestinal and abdominal pain. Rare gastrointestinal inflammation and gastroduodenal ulcer. Very rare gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation may occur, accompanied by laboratory abnormalities and clinical symptoms.
Aspirin may increase the risk of bleeding due to its inhibitory effect on platelets. Bleeding observed included bleeding during surgery, hematoma, epistaxis, genitourinary bleeding, and gingival bleeding. There are also reports of rare to extremely rare bleeding, such as gastrointestinal bleeding and intracerebral hemorrhage (hypertensive patients with poor blood pressure control and / or combined with anticoagulants), which may be life-threatening. Acute or chronic bleeding may lead to anemia / iron deficiency anemia (such as latent microbleeds), accompanied by laboratory abnormalities and clinical symptoms, such as weakness, pallor, hypotension.
Hemolysis and hemolytic anemia occur in patients with severe glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency.
Renal injury and acute renal failure.
Allergic reactions are accompanied by corresponding laboratory abnormalities and clinical symptoms, including asthma symptoms and mild to moderate skin reactions.
Respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract and cardiovascular system, including rash, urticaria, edema, pruritus, cardiovascular respiratory discomfort, and extremely rare severe reactions, including anaphylactic shock.
Very rare transient liver damage with elevated liver transaminase.
Dizziness and tinnitus have been reported during drug overdose.

Taboo:
Aspirin enteric coated tablets are prohibited under the following circumstances:
·Allergic to aspirin or other salicylates, or any other component of the drug;
·History of asthma caused by salicylate or substances containing salicylic acid and non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs;
·Active peptic ulcer;
·Hemorrhagic constitution;
·Severe renal failure;
·Severe liver failure;
·Severe heart failure;
·Combined with methotrexate (dose 15 mg / week or more) (see drug interaction);
·The last three months of pregnancy.

Matters needing attention:
Use aspirin with caution when:
·Allergic to painkillers, anti-inflammatory drugs, anti rheumatic drugs, or other allergic reactions.
·History of gastroduodenal ulcer, including chronic ulcer, recurrent ulcer and gastrointestinal bleeding.
·Combined with anticoagulants (see drug interaction).
·In patients with impaired renal function or cardiovascular circulation (e.g., renovascular disease, congestive heart failure, hypovolemia, major surgery, sepsis or severe hemorrhagic events), acetylsalicylic acid may further increase the risk of renal damage and acute renal failure.
·Acetylsalicylic acid may induce hemolytic anemia in patients with severe glucose-6-palmitate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency. Factors that can increase the risk of hemolysis, such as high dose, fever and acute infection.
·Liver function damage;
·Ibuprofen may interfere with the effect of aspirin enteric coated tablets. If the patient uses aspirin and ibuprofen, consult a doctor.
·Aspirin may cause bronchospasm and cause asthma or other allergic reactions. Risk factors include bronchial asthma, hay fever, nasal polyps, or chronic respiratory infections. This also applies to patients with allergic reactions to other substances (e.g. skin reactions, pruritus, rubella).
·Because the inhibitory effect of aspirin on platelet aggregation lasts for several days, it may lead to increased bleeding during or after surgery.
·Low dose aspirin can reduce the elimination of uric acid and induce gout.

Medication for pregnant and lactating women:

In several retrospective epidemiological studies, the use of salicylate in the first 3 months of pregnancy may be associated with an increased risk of malformations (cleft palate, heart malformation). However, the available data are insufficient to evaluate the possibility of malformation caused by aspirin in long-term treatment (dose greater than 150mg / day). The risk is reduced when the conventional treatment dose is used. In a prospective study of 32000 mother child pairs, there was no increased risk of malformation.
Pregnant women should carefully weigh the pros and cons before taking salicylic acid; As a preventive measure, the dose of long-term treatment should not exceed 150mg / day. In the last 3 months of pregnancy, taking high doses of aspirin (greater than 300 mg / day) may lead to prolonged pregnancy, suppressed contraction of the maternal uterus and fetal cardiopulmonary toxicity (e.g. early closure of arterial catheters).
In addition, the risk of maternal and fetal bleeding is increased.
Short term administration of high-dose aspirin before delivery can lead to fetal intracranial hemorrhage, especially premature infants. Therefore, all drugs containing aspirin are prohibited for women in the last three months of pregnancy, unless they are recommended by correct clinical experts and closely monitored for very limited application in cardiovascular and obstetrics.
Lactating women
Salicylates and degradation products can enter breast milk in small amounts.
At present, there is no adverse reaction to the baby when taking it occasionally. Generally, it is not necessary to stop breastfeeding. However, lactation should be stopped as soon as possible when taking routine or high-dose intake.
