Ingredient
The main ingredient of this product is Lincomycin hydrochloride.
[Properties] This product is a hard capsule, the content is white or white crystalline powder.
[Indication] This product is suitable for sensitive Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae and anaerobic bacteria caused by respiratory tract infection, skin and soft tissue infection, female genital tract infection, pelvic infection and abdominal infection, the latter two diseases can be used alone or combined with other antibacterial drugs according to the situation. In addition, this product can be used as an alternative medicine for patients with indications of penicillin use, such as patients who are allergic to penicillin or are not suitable for penicillin use.
[Usage and dosage] adults, 1.5 ~ 2g a day, divided into 3 ~ 4 times oral; Children are orally divided into 3 ~ 4 times per day according to their body weight of 30 ~ 60mg/kg. Infants less than 4 weeks should not take it. This product should be taken on an empty stomach.
1. Gastrointestinal reactions: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other symptoms; In severe cases, there are abdominal cramps, abdominal tenderness, severe diarrhea (like water or pus and blood), accompanied by fever, abnormal thirst and fatigue (pseudomembranous enteritis); Diarrhea, enteritis, and pseudomembranous enteritis may occur at the beginning of medication or several weeks after discontinuation. 2. Blood system: leukopenia, neutropenia, neutropenia and thrombocytopenia may occasionally occur, and aplastic anemia is rare. 3. Allergic reactions: rashes and pruritus can be seen, occasionally urticaria, angioneuroedema and serum sickness, etc., and rare reports of epidermal abscission, bullous dermatitis, erythema multiforme and S-J syndrome. 4. There are occasional reports of jaundice caused by oral administration of this product.
[Contraindication] Contraindicated in patients with a history of allergy to lincomycin and clindamycin.
[Precautions] 1. If you are allergic to this product, you may also be allergic to Clindamycin. 2. Interference with diagnosis: serum alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase may increase after medication. 3. It should be used with caution in the following situations: 1. Intestinal disease or previous history, especially ulcerative colitis, locolitis or antibiotic pun-itis (this product can cause pseudomemonitis). 2. Decreased liver function. 3. Severe renal dysfunction. 4. Pay close attention to the number of stool during the medication. If the number of defecation increases, attention should be paid to the possibility of pseudomembranous enteritis. 5. In order to prevent the occurrence of acute rheumatic fever, the treatment course of hemolytic streptococcal infection with this class of drugs should be at least 10 days. 6. In the treatment of pseudomembranous enteritis caused by this product, mild patients may recover after withdrawal of the drug, while moderate to severe patients need to correct water and electrolyte disorders. If the condition is not significantly improved after the above treatment, metronidazole should be taken orally 250 ~ 500mg, 3 times a day. If relapse, metronidazole can be used orally to still be effective. If it is still ineffective, vancomycin (or norvancomycin) can be used orally, 0.5-2.0g per day for adults, divided into 3 to 4 times. 7. Occasionally, it may lead to excessive reproduction of insensitive microorganisms or secondary infection. In case of secondary infection, corresponding measures should be taken. 8. Use with caution if you have a history of asthma or other allergies. 9. For the elderly, liver and kidney function and blood routine should be tested regularly.

Precautions during pregnancy and lactation:
This product can be concentrated in fetal liver after transplacenta, although no problems have been reported in human application, but in pregnant women should fully weigh the advantages and disadvantages. This product can be secreted to breast milk, lactating women should also use with caution, if must be used should be suspended breastfeeding.
Notes for the elderly:
The elderly with serious underlying diseases are prone to diarrhea or pseudomembranous enteritis and other adverse reactions, so close observation is needed when taking medication.
[Drug interaction] 1 Can enhance the neuromuscular blocking phenomenon of inhaled anesthetics, resulting in skeletal muscle weakness and respiratory depression or paralysis (apnea), should be paid attention to during surgery or postoperative combined use. Treatment with anticholinesterase drugs or calcium salts is expected to be effective. 2. When combined with anti-peristaltic antidiarrheal drugs and antidiarrheal drugs containing white clay, this product may cause pseudomemoral enteritis with severe watery diarrhea during the course of treatment or even several weeks after the course of treatment. Antiperistalsis and antidiarmuid drugs are not suitable because they can delay the discharge of colonic endotoxin and lead to prolonged and aggravated diarrhea. When this product is combined with antipyretic drugs containing white clay, the absorption of the former will be significantly reduced, so the two should not be taken at the same time. A certain interval (at least 2 hours) is required. 3. In order to control the symptoms of myasthenia gravis, the dosage of antimyasthenic drugs should be adjusted when used in combination. 4 Either chloramphenicol or erythromycin can replace this product at the target site, or inhibit the binding of the latter to the bacterial ribosome 50S subunit. In vitro tests showed that this product has antagonistic effect with erythromycin, so this product should not be used in combination with chloramphenicol or erythromycin. 5. When used together with opioid analgesics, the respiratory depression effect of this product and the central respiratory depression effect of opioids may lead to prolonged respiratory depression or respiratory paralysis (apnea) due to the cumulative phenomenon, so the patient must be closely observed or monitored. 6. This product can enhance the effect of neuromuscular blocking drug, the combination of the two should be avoided.
Pharmacological action This product has high antibacterial activity against common aerobic gram-positive bacteria, such as Staphylococcus aureus (including those resistant to penicillin G), Staphylococcus epidermidis, β Hemolytic streptococcus, grass green streptococcus and Streptococcus pneumoniae, etc. It has good antibacterial action against anaerobic bacteria including tetanus, corynebacterium diphtheria and Perfringens. It has no activity against enterococcus, meningococcus, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Haemophilus influenzae and other gram-negative bacteria and fungi. There is no cross resistance between this product and penicillin, chloramphenicol, cephalosporin and tetracycline, and there is partial cross resistance to macrolides. This product acts on the 50S subunit of the ribosomes of sensitive bacteria to prevent the extension of the peptide chain, thus inhibiting the protein synthesis of bacterial cells. It is generally a bacteriosuppressive agent, but at high concentrations, it also has bactericidal effect on some bacteria. The median lethal dose (LD50) of this product for mice was 214mg/kg by intravenous injection and 4000mg/kg by oral administration. Rats were given 4000mg/kg orally.
