Indication:
Ibuprofen Tablets are applicable to: 1. Alleviate the acute attack or persistent joint swelling and pain symptoms of various chronic arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, spinal arthropathy, gouty arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, and have no role in etiological treatment and controlling the course of disease. 2. 2. Treat various non arthritic soft tissue rheumatic pain, such as shoulder pain, tenosynovitis, bursitis, myalgia and post exercise injury pain. 3. Acute mild and moderate pain, such as post-operative, post-traumatic, post strain, primary dysmenorrhea, toothache, headache, etc. 4. It has antipyretic effect on fever of adults and children.

Usage and dosage:O1. Oral dose commonly used by adults.
(1) Anti rheumatism, 0.4g ~ 0.6g at a time, 3 ~ 4 times a day. The dosage of rheumatoid arthritis is larger than that of osteoarthritis
(2) Pain relief for mild or moderate pain and dysmenorrhea, 0.2g ~ 0.4g once every 4 ~ 6 hours. The maximum dosage for adults is generally 2.4G per day
2. Commonly used oral dose for children. Each time according to the weight of 5mg / kg ~ 10mg / kg, three times a day.

Adverse reactions
1. Gastrointestinal symptoms include dyspepsia, heartburn, stomachache, nausea and vomiting, which occur in 16% of long-term users. The above symptoms disappear after drug withdrawal, and most of those who do not stop can tolerate it. A few (< 1%) had gastric ulcer and gastrointestinal bleeding, and some had perforation due to ulcer.
2. Nervous system symptoms such as headache, drowsiness, dizziness and tinnitus are rare, which occur in 1% ~ 3% of patients.
3. Renal insufficiency is rare, mostly in patients with potential nephrosis; However, a few users may have lower limb edema.
4. Other rare symptoms include rash, bronchial asthma attack, elevated liver enzymes, leucopenia, etc.
5. If gastrointestinal bleeding, liver and kidney function damage, visual impairment, abnormal hemogram and allergic reaction occur during medication, the drug should be stopped.

Taboo:
People allergic to aspirin or other non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may have cross allergic reactions to this product, and asthma allergic to aspirin may also cause bronchospasm. This product is forbidden for such patients.

Matters needing attention:
1. For late pregnant women, it can prolong pregnancy, cause dystocia and prolonged labor process. Not suitable for pregnant and lactating women.
2. It can inhibit platelet aggregation and prolong the bleeding time, but it can disappear after stopping the drug for 24 hours.
3. It can increase the content of blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine and reduce the creatinine clearance rate.
4. Use with caution if:
(1) The original bronchial asthma can be aggravated after medication.
* (2) cardiac insufficiency and hypertension. After medication, water retention and edema can be caused.
(3) Hemophilia or other hemorrhagic diseases (including coagulation disorder and abnormal platelet function), the bleeding time is prolonged and the bleeding tendency is aggravated after medication.
(4) Those with a history of peptic ulcer are prone to gastrointestinal side effects, including new ulcer.
(5) Renal adverse reactions increased in patients with renal insufficiency, and even led to renal failure.
(6) The hemogram, liver and kidney function should be checked regularly during long-term medication.
