[Adverse Reactions] 1. Aminopyrine contained in this compound has obvious adverse reactions. Taking Aminopyrine can cause vomiting, rash, fever, excessive sweating and stomatitis, etc., and a few may cause neutrophilia, aplastic anemia, exudative erythema, exhumative dermatitis, glans erosion, etc. 2. At conventional doses of acetaminophen, there are few adverse reactions, and in a few cases, granulocytosis, anemia, atopic dermatitis (rash, pruritus, etc.), hepatitis, or thrombocytopenia may occur. 3. Oral contraceptives may slow caffeine clearance. 5. When acetaminophen is used in combination with the antiviral drug zidovudine, it can increase its toxicity and should be avoided simultaneously. 6. When used together with anticoagulants, adrenal corticosteroids, glucocorticoids, cyclosporine, digitalis side, quinidine, griseofulvin, etc., drug interaction can affect the efficacy.
