[Pharmacology Toxicology] 1. This product is an aminoglycoside antibiotic. It has a good antibacterial effect on all kinds of gram-negative bacteria and gram-positive bacteria, and it has a good antibacterial effect on all kinds of enterobacteriaceae bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Proteobacteria, Salmonella, Shigella, Enterobacteria, Serrella and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It has poor effect on Streptococcus and Streptococcus pneumoniae, while Enterococcus is mostly resistant to this product. The mechanism of action of this product is combined with the 30S subunit of bacterial ribosome to inhibit the synthesis of bacterial protein. In recent years, the number of Gram-negative bacilli resistant to gentamicin increased significantly.
