Main ingredient: Atropine C sulfate.
Indications 1. Various visceral colic, such as gastrointestinal colic and bladder irritation. The curative effect of bile colic and renal colic is poor.
2. Slow heart disorders such as sinus block and atrioventricular block caused by vagus nerve overstimulation can also be used for ventricular ectopic segment secondary to sinus node dysfunction.
3. Rescue organic phosphate ester poisoning.
1. Adverse reactions caused by different doses are generally as follows:
(1)0.5mg, slightly slow heart rate, slightly dry mouth and less sweat;
(2)1mg, dry mouth, accelerated heart rate, slightly dilated pupils;
(3)2mg, palpitations, significant dry mouth, dilated pupils, sometimes blurred vision;
(4)5mg, the above symptoms were aggravated, and there were slurred speech, restlessness, dry skin and fever, difficulty urination, and reduced bowel movement;
(5) Above 10mg, the above symptoms are more severe, pulse speed is weak, central excitation is serious, breathing is accelerated and deepened, delirium, hallucinations, convulsions, etc.; Serious intoxication can be turned into inhibition by central excitement, resulting in coma and respiratory paralysis.
2. The lowest lethal dose is about 80-130mg for adults and 10mg for children. Use with caution for fever, rapid pulse, diarrhea and the elderly.
Contraindicated glaucoma and prostatic hypertrophy, high fever is forbidden.
Note 1. If you are not tolerant to other belladonna alkaloids, you will not tolerate this product.
2. Intravenous atropine in pregnant women can cause fetal tachycardia.
3. This product can be secreted into milk and has the effect of inhibiting lactation.
4. Infants and young children are very sensitive to the toxic reaction of this product, especially those with spastic paralysis and brain injury. When the ambient temperature is high, there is a risk of sudden rise in body temperature due to sweat closure.
5. The elderly are prone to anti-M choline-like side effects, such as dyspuria, constipation, dry mouth (especially in men), and undiagnosed glaucoma. Once found, the drug should be stopped immediately. This product is especially easy for the elderly to reduce sweat secretion, affect heat dissipation, so use with caution in summer.
6. The following should be used with caution:
(1) Brain damage, especially in children.
(2) Heart disease, especially arrhythmia, congestive heart failure, coronary heart disease, mitral stenosis, etc.
(3) Reflux esophagitis, weakened movement of the esophagus and stomach, and relaxation of the lower esophageal dilator muscle can delay gastric emptying, thereby contributing to gastric retention and increasing gastroesophageal reflux.
(4) Glaucoma is contraindiated in patients. Latent glaucoma may be induced in patients over 20 years old.
(5) Ulcerative colitis, when the dosage is high, the intestinal motility is reduced, which can lead to paralytic intestinal obstruction and aggravate toxic megacolon disease.
(6) Urinary tract infection (decreased bladder tone) and urinary tract obstructive diseases caused by prostatic hypertrophy can lead to complete urinary retention.
7. Interference with diagnosis: the amount of phenolphthalein excreted during phenolphthalein test can be reduced.
The safety of this product for pregnant women is not clear, and the advantages and disadvantages of the drug should be considered for pregnant women. This product can be secreted to milk, and has the effect of inhibiting lactation, breastfeeding women should be careful.
Oral administration for children: 0.01 ~ 0.02mg/kg, three times a day.
Elderly patients, especially those over 60 years old, should use this product with caution.
1. When used with uroalkalinizing agents, including acid producing agents containing magnesium or calcium, carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, sodium bicarbonate, and citrate, atropine has a delayed excretion, and the duration of action and/or toxicity increase.
2. When used with amantadine, phenothiazines, other anticholine drugs, premidone, procaine amine, tricyclic antidepressants, atropine can aggravate the toxic and side effects.
3. When used with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (including furazolidone, procarazid, etc.), it can enhance the side effect of anti-M choline.
4. When combined with metoclopramide, the latter can be antagonized in promoting gastrointestinal motility.

2. Atropine can excite or inhibit the central nervous system in a dose-dependent manner. It has stronger and longer lasting effects on heart, intestine and bronchial smooth muscle than other belladonna alkaloids.
Pharmacokinetics This product is easily absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and other mucous membranes, but also from the eye or to a lesser extent from the skin. The peak effect was reached 1 hour after oral administration, and t 1/2 was 3.7-4.3 hours.
