Chemical name: (Z) - (2 s, 5 R) - 3 - (2 - hydroxyl ethyl) - 7 - oxygen generation - miscellaneous - 1-4 - oxygen nitrogen impurity bicyclic [3.2.0] heptane - 2 - carboxylic acid potassium and (2 s, 5 R, 6 R) - 3, 3 - dimethyl - 6 - [(R) - (-) - 2 - amino - 2 - (4 - hydroxy phenyl) acetyl amino] - 7-4 - sulfur impurity oxygen generation - - 1 - nitrogen impurity Bicyclic [3.2.0] heptane 2-formic acid trihydrate.

Properties The product is white or almost white powder.

Indications The product is suitable for lower respiratory tract infection, otitis media, sinusitis caused by enzyme-producing Haemophilus influenzae and Moraxella catarae; Infection of respiratory tract, urinary tract and skin soft tissue caused by enzyme-producing Staphylococcus aureus and Enterobacteriaceae such as Escherichia coli and Klebsiella; Can also be used for enterococcus caused by mild to moderate infection. This product can also be used for sensitive non-enzyme-producing bacteria caused by the above various infections.

[Usage and Dosage] This product can be directly taken orally, or put an appropriate amount of warm boiled water, stir until completely dissolved after taking. This product can also be placed in milk or juice, stirring until completely dissolved before taking. Adults and children weighing more than 40kg(or older than 12 years) should be given 2-4 tablets (each tablet containing 200mg amoxicillin and 28.5mg clavulanic acid) every 12 hours according to the need of the disease. Or follow a doctor's advice. Suspension is recommended for children weighing less than 40kg(or younger than 12 years). If this product is used, the recommended dosage is as follows: 1) For children aged 7-12 years, one and a half tablets (containing 200mg amoxicillin and 28.5mg clavulanate each tablet), once every 12 hours. Or follow a doctor's advice. 2). For children aged 2 to 7 years, 1 tablet (each tablet containing 200mg amoxicillin and 28.5mg clavulanate) every 12 hours. Or follow a doctor's advice. 3). For children aged 9 months to 2 years, 1/2 tablet (each tablet containing 200mg amoxicillin and 28.5mg clavulanate), once every 12 hours. Or follow a doctor's advice. For patients with impaired renal function: Patients with impaired renal function generally do not require dose reduction; This product should not be used in patients with severely impaired renal function with a creatinine clearance rate <30 HL /min. For patients with impaired liver function: This product should be used with caution and liver function should be checked regularly.

Drug/laboratory test interactions: oral administration of this product can cause an increase in amoxicillin urine concentration, and an increase in ampicillin urine concentration may cause a false positive reaction. If glucose in urine is examined with Clinitest, Benedict reagent or Fehling reagent, the glucose oxidase reaction method should be used to detect glucose because amoxicillin can produce this effect. Pregnant women who take ampicillin experience temporary decreases in estriol, estriol-glucosidic acid, and progesterone. Amoxicillin and this product can also cause this effect.

[Pharmacological Effects] Amoxicillin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that can kill a variety of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Clavulanic acid is a high-efficiency broad-spectrum beta; -lactamase inhibitors, which can effectively prevent the destruction of penicillin drugs by drug-resistant bacteria. Clavulanic acid itself has a low bactericidal capacity. When combined with amoxicillin, it can increase the antibacterial spectrum of the latter and improve the sensitivity of bacteria to amoxicillin.
