Ingredients The main chemical component is cefalexin.

[Properties] This product is a capsule containing 75mg(titer) of white or light yellow cefalexin gastro-soluble granules and 175mg(titer) of enteric granules.

[Indications] Suitable for staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic streptococcus, pneumococcus, Escherichia coli, pneumococcus pneumoniae, influenza bacillus, dysentery bacillus and other sensitive strains caused by the following parts of the mild, moderate infection: 1. Tonsillitis, peritonsillitis, pharyngitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, bronchopneumonia, asthma and bronchiectasis infections, and chest infections after surgery; 2. Acute and chronic pyelonephritis, cystitis, prostatitis and urinary and reproductive system infection; 3. Otitis media, otitis externa and sinusitis; 4. Perimaxillary inflammation, maxillary osteitis, maxillary osteomyelitis, acute palatinitis, alveolar abscess, apical periodontitis, periwisdom tooth inflammation, post-extraction infection;

[Usage and Dosage] 1. Adult dose: oral, generally 250 ~ 500mg, 4 times a day, high dose 4g a day. Patients with hyporenal function should use less medication according to the extent of hyporenal function. Patients with simple cystitis, skin and soft tissue infections, and streptococcal angina 500mg every 12 hours.

2. Dosage for children: oral, 25-50mg /kg according to body weight, 4 times a day.

3. Patients with skin and soft tissue infection and streptococcal angina should take 12.5-50mg /kg orally every 12 hours

[Adverse reactions] 1. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal discomfort are more common. 2. Allergic reactions such as rash, drug fever, and anaphylactic shock may occur occasionally. 3. Nervous system reaction such as dizziness, double vision, tinnitus and convulsion. 4. Temporary renal damage may occur occasionally during the use of this product. 5. Clostridium and Vermiococcus are generally sensitive to this product, and anaerobic gram-positive coccus are moderately sensitive to this product.
