General name Naproxen capsules
The main ingredient of this product is Naproxen.
Class of action This product is an over-the-counter analgesic drug.
Indications are used to relieve mild to moderate pain, such as joint pain, neuralgia, muscle pain, migraine, headache, dysmenorrhea, toothache.
1. Nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, constipation, stomach discomfort, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, tinnitus, shortness of breath, dyspnea, asthma, skin itching, lower limb edema.
2. Visible blurred vision or visual impairment, hearing loss, diarrhea, oral irritation or pain, palpitation, excessive sweating.
3. Gastrointestinal bleeding, kidney damage, allergic rash, depression, myasthenia, abnormal blood images, liver function damage were occasionally observed.
Taboo 1. Pregnant and lactating women should not be allowed.
2.2 Children under the age of 22 are prohibited.
3. Patients with asthma, nasal polyp syndrome, angioneurotic edema, and allergy to aspirin or other antipyretic and analgesic drugs should not be allowed.
4. Patients with active gastric and duodenal ulcers should be prohibited.
Note 1. This product is symptomatic therapy and should not be used for a long time or in large quantities. The analgesic should not be used for more than 5 days.
2. Use with caution in patients with the following conditions: over 60 years old, bronchial asthma, liver and kidney insufficiency, coagulation mechanism or platelet dysfunction (such as hemophilia).
3. Patients with the following conditions should be under the guidance of physicians: history of peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, cardiac insufficiency, hypertension.
4. Consult a physician or pharmacist for the dosage of children.
5. Do not take other medicines containing antipyretic and analgesic drugs (such as some combination anti-cold drugs) at the same time.
6. Do not drink alcohol or beverages containing alcohol while taking this product.
7. In case of overdose or serious adverse reactions, seek medical attention immediately.
8. This product should not be used by allergic persons, and should be used with caution by allergic persons.
9. Do not use this product when its character changes.

(1) The study on the effect of this product on the fetus is not sufficient. Because other NSAIDS can cause fetal ductus arteriosus premature closure, and can inhibit prostaglandin synthesis leading to dystocia or prolonged labor, unless there are other reasons, it should not be used by pregnant women. (2) The concentration of this product secreted into milk is equivalent to l% of the blood drug concentration, and should not be used by lactating women.
The elderly should use drugs with caution.
Drug interactions 1. Co-use with other anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs can increase gastrointestinal adverse reactions and the risk of ulcers.
2. When used with heparin, biscoumarin and other anticoagulants, bleeding time is prolonged, bleeding tendency may occur, and may lead to gastrointestinal ulcers.
3. This product can reduce the sodium discharge and antihypertensive effect of furosemide.
4. This product can inhibit the excretion of lithium and increase the concentration of lithium in blood.
5. When used with the drug, the blood concentration of this product is increased, the half-life is prolonged, the efficacy is increased, but the adverse reactions are also increased correspondingly.
6. Drug interactions may occur if used with other drugs. Please consult your physician or pharmacist for details.
In case of drug overdose, emergency treatment should be given, including emetic or gastric lavage, oral activated carbon and antacids, symptomatic and supportive therapy, and rational use of diuretics.
Drug toxicity This product is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandin and play an anti-inflammatory and analgesic role.
Pharmacokinetics Absorption was rapid and complete after oral administration, and the blood concentration reached the peak 2 ~ 4 hours after oral administration. When taken with food, magnesium and aluminum, the absorption rate is reduced, and when taken with sodium bicarbonate, the absorption rate is accelerated. The plasma protein binding rate was higher than 99%. T1/2 is usually 13 hours. It is metabolized in the liver and excreted by the kidneys. About 95% are excreted in urine as protoplasm and its compounds.
