Indication:
It is suitable for gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, stress ulcer, reflux esophagitis and droid AI syndrome (gastrinoma).

Usage and dosage: Oral, not chewable.
(1) Peptic ulcer: 20mg (1 tablet) once, 1-2 times a day. The course of treatment is usually 4-8 weeks for gastric ulcer and 2-4 weeks for duodenal ulcer.
(2) Reflux esophagitis: 20-60 Mg (1-3 tablets) once, 1-2 times a day. The course of treatment is usually 4-8 weeks.
(3) Zhuo AI syndrome: 60mg (3 tablets) once a day, and the total daily dose can be adjusted to 20-120mg (1-6 tablets) according to the condition. If the total daily dose exceeds 80mg (4 tablets), it should be taken twice.

Adverse reactions

The drug is well tolerated. The common adverse reactions are diarrhea, headache, nausea, abdominal pain, gastrointestinal flatulence and constipation. Occasionally, the increase of serum aminotransferase (alt, AST), rash, vertigo, drowsiness, insomnia, etc. these adverse reactions are usually mild and can disappear automatically, independent of dosage. However, in some cases, gastric mucosal cell hyperplasia and atrophic gastritis may occur.

It is forbidden for allergy, severe renal insufficiency and infants

Matters needing attention:
(1) When treating gastric ulcer, the possibility of ulcerative gastric cancer should be eliminated first. Because the treatment with this product can alleviate its symptoms, thus delay the treatment.
(2) The patients with liver and kidney dysfunction should be used with caution.
(3) This product is enteric dissolving tablets. Please take care not to chew it to prevent the drug particles from releasing in the stomach early and affect the effect.
(4) This product has strong effect on inhibiting gastric acid secretion and has a long time. In order to prevent acid suppression, it is not recommended to use it in a long-term manner in general peptic ulcer and other diseases (except for drow-ai syndrome).

Medication for pregnant and lactating women:
Although animal experiments show that this product has no fetal toxicity or teratogenicity, it is not generally used for pregnant women and should be used with caution for lactating women.
